Had to start the day off at Tacos Fitos. I’ve heard so many good things about this spot. They’re known for having the fastest taqueros in TJ. The way they cook and prepare the tacos are so cool. They put on a show. This cart only has 2 different tacos on the menu. Birria and tripa. Both were amazing. I would definitely go back.

All around this spot definitely has to be one of my favorite taquerias I’ve ever been to. From selection, to setup, to quality. Everything I ate there was so good, but the star of the show is their Adobada. Definitely the best I’ve ever had. So much flavor, great texture and the toppings made it so complex. Come here for the best loaded Tijuana style tacos.

Word around town is that this spot has the best suadero cauldron in all of Tijuana. I have to say, I agree. I really loved the setup they had going on. Located in a neighborhood on the corner of a street. Very intimate eating experience. Everyone stopping by for tacos seemed like neighborhood locals. The family that ran the stand was so nice and welcoming. I ordered 2 tacos, tripa and suadero. Both were insanely delicious. One of the best eating experiences in Mexico so far! This stand reminded me of some of the street taco stands in CDMX. 100% recommend.

I had to end the taco tour at the famous Tacos El Vaquero. This spot is a Sonoran Taqueria that specializes in special beef cuts. I’ve been waiting years to try this spot, so the anticipation built up like no other. I ended up ordering 3 different tacos, picaña, arrachera and bone barrow. Every single taco was next level. The quality was crazy good. I’ve never had picaña in a taco before and it was mind blowing. The meat cuts were so high quality. No toppings needed because the raw flavor was so rich. So happy I got to eat these tacos.

@@oskarsmith1 las ahumaderas ya no son buenos, Pero fueron los mejores hace más de 20 años…igual los tacos de el gordo, desde que el gordo se fue valieron madre esos tacos hace 20 años uno de los mejores…guiso tacos el huero, desde que el wero se fue a Estados Unidos hace como 20 años también dejaron de estar buenos…pero las ahumaderas eran o han sido los mejores tacos de tijuana hace más de 20 años…

Ive had the best al pastor tacos in tj but also it ended up with food poisoning 😅. Was it worth it? Probably necause since the whole border thing, ill never go back.
There's a place called Chicago Club in TJ, it's right around the corner from Adelita's (both brothels), and across the street from Chicago Club were two small taco "huts" (I would call them) that both served the best street tacos and salsas I've ever had. I grew up in San Diego and ate Mexican food my whole life so that's saying a lot. I haven't been to TJ in a couple of years but I looked on Googlemaps and the little shack they were in has fallen over and they aren't there anymore. I wonder if anyone here has ever been there as well...?

Why not? Foodie tourism is quite popular. There are guided food tours you can take around Tijuana.
Don’t know where you got the price on the texano taco stand jajaja…Arrachera and picaña tacos are 100 pesos as 5.50 dlls each…sirloin taco is 4.20 dlls each…you’re price tacos are fake…I live near by and I know the menu…the tripe and birria taco is the best and texano is very good and great taste quality but you’re prices are not right…🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️
