Cam codes after timing chain? DID I MESS UP??

2009 Saturn aura 2.4L VVT non-GDI came in on a no start issue, found timing set very warm out and changed it and found condition still present, after checking and checking we found the exhaust cam was bad causing the ecm to see wrong exhaust cam coordinates.
