Really underrated stuff, your straight forward no-bs attitude is great, love the accent.
I just got this TV for Christmas. I cant wait to watch my favorite movies in filmmaker mode with Dolby Vision
Excellent, thank you. I am a 72 year old technical troglodyte who just bought this to replace a 15 year old tv, it was extremely helpful.
I have a 2008 Vizio 1080p
Thank you for your thorough review. I sent this to my 72 yr old sister for Christmas. She has yet to open it. I have been waiting to see how it looks or she likes it. So it really helped me to know I made a good choice. I will share this with her and maybe it will I spire her. Set up was kind of complicated so I'm glad I saw that. Sound was awesome, unexpected. Thanks again.
Hope she likes her tv, it's a good screen.
Great vid and showcase, thank you
The level of detail Vlad goes into is super helpful, from set up to PS5 functioning. Thanks!! Just bought a 48 inch at a great price and love it so far.
Hiya, thanks for this vid! Just wondering if this tv has many (if any) colour adjusting/calibrating abilities?
Thanks ,great review
You guys do realize the ps5 can only run about 30 games at 120hz right? It's going to be a couple more years until 120hz is supported on all console games. So you'll be fine with this tv for at least 2 - 3 years at 60hz. Especially if you're a casual gamer. The A2 has only around 10ms of input lag
Wouldn’t you say this would be great for the Nintendo Switch or the old ps4 ?
But not many people want to upgrade their TV every 2-3 years
Nah... I'll go for the 120. If that's the case I'll just keep my 7000
30 games is quite a bit.. and i bet those are all the big games that everybody is playing lol. who are u trying to correct.
@@circleofthytyrants ok but at 120 fps the game usually runs at 1080p lol, it's just a gimmick right now
I bought this a couple of months ago for $599. Incredible tv for the price. I bought it for night viewing in my bedroom. But it would be fine in a small apartment too. Never owned an oled and I must say I'm impressed. The sound is better than most tv's this size too. I have a LG mini-led in my living room as it's a pretty bright environment. Also pleased with it.
best buy has it on sale for $550. i just got one for my bathroom.
@@NoName-hy2cq prices fluctuates. It was $629 or so just a few weeks ago.
@@MSDOGS1976 this is the lowest price ever for new one.
How wide is it? Specs say it is 42.1" wide. Is this a real dimension? I have room for 42" exactly. Will it fit?

Useful video 👍
I've watched too many video reviews and I am sick of the "breath-taking, stunning, amazing, insane" selling language that is used. So nice to watch your review that gets down to the facts quickly.
I love the matte finish on my a1
Would you choose this over the uq75?
How is it holding up?
Does anyone know how often the price fluctuates don’t know if I should take the 57% off sale tag Best Buy has on it
So is burn in n issue. I currently have a samsung au-8000 43 its good but laggy n have a series x. Burn in scares me, though..
Just bought this model, it doesn't have a film and stickers on the screen just the styro bag that covers it. Makes me think it has been repackaged from a refunded TV. What would you do about it?
Link for the bracket?
Okay i have a series x . Tried in the settings for hdmi. I cannot get the remote feature to control my series x! Help, lol . Can this be fixed?
Do you think this can be used as pc monitor ?
I have this TV for movies and I love it. I don’t care about the 120 fps on it because I have a gaming monitor connected to my Xbox for the 120 fps. Got this tv for $600 at my local Best Buy and the monitor for about $130 in case anyone wants pricing
Thinking about the same setup but would have to put the side by side or something, need to figure out the arrangement without getting a gaming chair and pc or something
@@reactceptiondude2379 I bought a $30 computer desk from Walmart and a $50 chair from ikea and I have it in another room. I highly recommend it because it looks so nice
How is the HDR?
Also, is there any screen tearing while playing games?
the HDR is nice used it on a couple games. I haven’t seen any screen tearing , the other day tho i noticed fortnite had some weird ghosting around my character when i was in a dark building. that’s all i’ve noticed , it’s been great otherwise. everything looks so good games and movies.
Would you use this for video editing and color grading???
Just get a monitor
Sony x85k (55) , LG A2 (55) , LG C2 (48) - all 3 same price ... Which one i can choose ?? I am a non gamer . Main purpose Viewing Movies , Sports and RUclips like so apps
How wide is it? Specs say it is 42.1" wide. Is this a real dimension? I have room for 42" exactly. Will it fit? Thanks for any answers.
It will not be 42” wide from bottom corner to bottom corner, it will be less. The size listed on all TVs is referencing the diagonal size from one top corner to the opposite bottom corner. And depending upon how big the bezel is it can be wider, as the number is referring to panel size, although OLED TVs are famous for having tiny bezels. So if you have 42” available, this tv will fit. You’ll have a small amount of space around the tv, which is always nice for bias lighting.
I just unboxed my other day I find remote incredibly complicated. I did manage to turn off the pointer. I am not getting vivid colors. It looks very average. Not sure what the problem is
I also want to buy this, have you fixed the problem with colour pop? Is it may be colour space setting??
How did you manage to turn off the pointer, please let us know!
can this get brighter for games sunny days like the wow effect and popin and bright color or it too dark
If you really want the brightness and popping colors, you should look at the Samsung QD-Oled tv's. They can get way brighter than LG screens, but both are great.
I just bought this as a bedroom TV and have the 65” C2 as my main TV in my living room. Figured I will only be using this at night so the brightness should be fine and 60hz is also fine as I will not be gaming on it. Can’t wait for this to be delivered as my bedroom TV just shit itself.
Hi Jon, how do they compare? What’s your opinion? Any noticeable differences? Deciding between C2/CS and the A2 in 55“… difference around 350€ at the moment. Thanks for your opinion!
Done exactly same , perfect bedroom tv 👍
How is the TV compare to your C2?
@@TienTran-bi1jv It is not as bright but I hardly notice as it is a bedroom TV and only watch at night. I haven’t gamed on it as my C2 is the TV I use for my Xbox series X and PS5. If you are looking at getting one for $550 on the current sale and don’t need it to have a 120hz refresh rate you really can’t beat it for the current price at Best Buy
How about burning issue
I was reading it has a settings cleaner for retention and burn in.
Does it come with 5 years warranty
1 year
Saw this on sale at Best Buy for $550. Bought 3 lol
i bought one. amazing picture but small size...
Why? Why does one need 3 tv's? Expecially one of this size. Seems you would get a bigger one for a living room
I´m surprised that both LG and Samsung put an analog earphone output on some of their models for 2022.
Which model are those?
I would be very happy without these apps like in Android,Tizen,Webos. But I presume that these apps makes tv-manufacturer happier becuase thet´y subsidies the whole consept of migrating ads and pay-channels into the tv.
So if there is an competent tv without these apps which would make it cheaper to the consumer-please tell me!
Can tv mkv file play?
yes
10:15 Never ever! Start Pixel refresh/cleaner when it does not need to be.
its to prevent burn-in! but it greatly reduces the panel lifespan.
Only as last resort option. the pixel refresher does it every 1000 hours automatically.
Nice tv, but have you have a PS5 or something
Not really. tv can still stream 4k video.
@@StopWars420 How s the performance ? How s it for watching movies and sports ???
