I appreciate that! And yes, they're small, minor changes but definitely needed. If you decide to get it, you'll love it. Did some Nordic training 2 days ago and my hamstrings have been sore ever since.
@@Recovatech sweet yes im currently tight in space at the moment trying to sell my body solid leg press/hack squat machine because i bought the Dreadmill from bells of steel very neat machine but the Nordic HYPER is on my wishlist
Oh man, I don't know if you meant that as sarcasm or not, but I almost spit out my water! I've personally found it challenging in a number of different ways, which to me, is a good thing. Tells me where I'm lacking. Feel better.
Thanks for posting this video, especially with the updated version! Do you feel it wobble when you do back extension? Based on other vids, it looks like it wobbled a lot. And do you know the length and width of it when you are using it? Thanks again!
Hi Josh, the overall dimensions are about 55" X24". In most positions, there's very little wobble as long as you tighten the adjustment pins properly. With inclined back extensions, I have noticed a VERY small amount of play at the footplate hinge. Not enough to be distracting or to feel unsafe.
