I was concerned about the counter weight issues but as long as things are done in a controlled way it should be fine. Thanks for making this video.

They just came out with the 2.0. I hate when companies do that. Don’t let you know that they are about to roll out a newer model. It has happened to me at least 10 times. Don’t feel bad. I’m just glad that this does not just happens to me!!!! LOL

@kallel6588 It was a GHD vs GHD comparison (per the title), but turned out to not be an actual GHD comparison. Waste of time, click bait, or whatever else you want to call that. All of the other reviews (all paid) were pretty suspect on the GHD performance. So there are going to be any reviews from me on this product. I already have an Iromaster bench, am not interest in Nordic curls, and I am needing both a space saving GHD and reverse hyper. Looks like I'll have to go with the Westside hyper and then figure out a different GHD solution. I do really respect and like what Freak Athlete is trying to do, but a velcro GHD pad is going to last maybe 2 years at best. Version 2.0 with a better GHD and a legit reverse hyper option could be awesome to see, but that might be too late for me.
