'Sick Dogs' don't rape and murder people and euthenasia should only be used when there's no more quality of life and it's the most merciful and best option. Only then. So to say 'put [serial killers] down like a Sick Dog' is wrong. The Dog should be loved, held and comforted during any sort of operation like that, too. It's not a punishment nor should it ever be.
Shouldn't Fish either. It's cruel. We have no reason to and Fish are like any other creature, they think, feel and have the same capability for consciousness that we and any other and all other creatures and beings do. No reason to harm or hurt them, or any living being or creature. Even if we did have a reason, harming and killing should always be a very last resort and for defense of self and family.
