Tap in the tempo of your song on your Helix, depending on the tempo maybe change the delay from 8th note to 16th note. Whatever makes musical sense for you!

These sound great. I really need to dive into how effects work with each other to get an overall package. I think ill buy these to see how you have the chains to help grasp what all i can do to het some unique effects, while having these sweet patches in my library!

I’m not too familiar with the layout and function of the pod go. I THINK it maybe is the same as the stomp series. But without having a physical pod go to build the presets on, I would hate to make a mistake building the presets on my Helix floor. Hopefully SOON though!
Damn this is excellent and exactly what I am trying to do live with my band, only problem is I have a kemper, you seem to have the only good content out here on the subject that I have found so far though!

Man, you’re too kind! I have been using this exclusively since 2016! I am a full Helix believer and user haha! Only time I don’t use it is when I’m playing a super simple bass gig. Just d.I. then. I bought the "all helix presets" package from you, and I'm having trouble unzipping it -- other packages I bought from other sources didn't have the same issue, sent an email. Looking forward to playing with this when I can get it to work. : )

How well would you say the presets would work with HX effects?
I’ve tried to not use any amp sims so almost all can and do work on HX effects

Yes sir it will! Just make sure your helix is up to date on all firmware, and you import the IR into the Helix using their free editor.

It's definitely not Izzy Fontaine's - all of his Splice drums are generic rock loops.
The beat I'm looking for at 2:11 is funky as hell.

That one is a challenge because electro harmonics totally crushed it with that pedal. I’ll do my best on the next round of presets for you! Stay tuned!

do these work on hx effects?
I am fairly certain I didn’t use any amp blocks when building these. So yes. BUT I’ve built so many packs lately, I would have to double check. If you do buy this pack and some do not work, I’ll refund or send you something else.

I’m sitting here with a Helix in my shopping cart trying to convince myself I don’t need it.
This isn’t helping my man.
Haha man…I’ve said since 2016 it’s been the best gear investment I’ve ever made. I’ve used it for bass, guitars, keys, midi controlling, interface in emergencies, vocals, effects sends for the studio…it is just a fun, inspiring, never ending tool.

If I could give any advice, give it time. Check your sounds and presets on speakers, NOT headphones. The louder the speaker the better you’ll feel about the “amps” in the helix. Also look into 3rd party IRs. I love OwnHammer and Celestion. Lastly, just because it works in the real world doesn’t mean it always translates to the digital world. A Vox with a 121 sounds great in person, but it could suck for you in the Helix. Try everything.
