That way of cooking eggs is what I call the hotel method. Great method but the restaurant method would be better where you cook on lower heat and continuously stir, then take the eggs off the heat before they FULLY cook and they have a wet look. Very creamy. Doesn't hurt to toss in a slice of American cheese after. That's just my opinion.
Dunno about Australia and elsewhere, but in the USA we've got a branded product called Hot Pockets, which are okay for what they are with a tight budget and time crunch... But these are clearly 50X better. Excellent for a group and/or meal prep! 🎉

I have quite a bit of experience with gluten free cooking/baking† and I suspect you'd be unable to make a proper dough out of almond flour. Without the gluten, it will just fall apart. You'd need to use some sort of binder like xantham gum, chia or flax seeds, extra egg, or a little bit of non toxic glue.‡ Best case scenario, they'd be super crumbly to eat, but they probably wouldn't even make it out of the pan. † My wife is gluten intolerant. Doubters need not comment. I'm ultra sceptical and she eventually convinced me. Either way, my life is easier if I just do what she says.🫡 ‡ That's a joke about AI in case you're wondering. Look it up. It's hilarious.

Depending on what you make it with would determine the actual calories. Option 1: If you use turkey bacon (I.e. Jenni-O) would have the calories to 373 calories per pocket Option 2: using bacon such as Center Cut (I.e. Black Label brand) your calories would shoot up to 414 calories. Now of course I measured this out using Fage 0% Greek Yogurt for the dough. Option 1 Macros would look like: Protein:24.4 g Carbs: 41.4 g Fat: 10.2g Option 2 macros would look like: Protein: 28.8g Carbs: 41.4g Fat: 14.3g So, a little less protein than stated and a little more fat, carbs and calories. I only point this out because there’s recipes out there stating one thing such as the macros and calories and if people are using it thinking that that’s what they are getting (especially using these recipes for fat lose) but notice they are not losing weight then some of these recipes could be the problem. Overall, I would probably add a bit more egg white to bring the protein content up in Option 2, which would of course bring the calories up.

Just use biscuits - roll them out until they are thin (use flour to lightly dust the counter), add meat/potatoes/eggs, fold the biscuit over the top, and cook in the oven on 350 for 15 minutes.
That adds more carbs (flour-only dough, potatoes) and reduces the protein (by removing yogurt from the dough).
Especially the flaky ones
What you meant by your statement was " use biscuits and subtract some of the very essential, Protein and increase your carbohydrates for no reason at all..." right?
Absolute genius. Gonna try this tomorrow.
These look incredible!
The Salvadorans called these pupusas
As soon as I saw them in the pan , I was like where is my pupusa griddle 🤣
I immediately thought Venezuelan arepas
They look similar to something that here in México we call "gorditas de nata"
This made me sub!
Dude invented the breakfast crunchwrap
This bread mix is super convenient and yummy, i tried it with some changes adding spinach and onions to the dough (finally chopped and cooked) replaced the yogurt for eggs, it turned out amazing, I'll just cook them and then make sandwiches to freeze 😊
How did you replace yogurt with eggs? pre-cooked eggs? Just crack the eggs open and mix into dough?
The dip in the hot sauce got me
im waiting for futurecaneo to do this recipe so that i'd know what to expect
The dough in the middle looks raw, you gotta put them in the oven first then toast it in the pan
Savory Doriyaki be like:
Dunno about Australia and elsewhere, but in the USA we've got a branded product called Hot Pockets, which are okay for what they are with a tight budget and time crunch...
But these are clearly 50X better. Excellent for a group and/or meal prep! 🎉
I've never looked at the ingredients on the box, but I'm guessing there are a bunch of long, hard-to-pronouce words (i.e. crap) and an excess of salt. This might cut into your gaming time, but I guarantee its healthier for you. 😉
@@amandab1151 IKR?! Dude was seriously comparing a super, high-processed, crap-ridden, 0% whole ingredient filled, commercial brand, Hot-Pocket to these glorious morsels, lol!
Hot pockets probably have like 60 different ingredients. This only has a couple…
Just got done making these. Thank you for sharing a savory, protein packed breakfast to meal prep
I'm thinking about making this tonight as well, but I was wondering how cooked through it was based on another thread. Did you leave it on longer or pop them in the oven or was it good enough the way the video shows? Thanks. :)
@@DiNaDiRo I only ate one fresh. It was super doughy, borderline slightly undercooked. I froze the rest and reheat them in the oven so they have been cooked through well ever since.
Definitely keep an eye on them while cooking or cook at a pretty low temp. I charred half my batch, luckily the flavor was not negatively impacted.
@@BeastMacin11 Very helpful. Thank you!
First time making these I only managed to get 6 but I think I was a little two generous with the dough but other than that worked out good.
did we mostly all come from that one tiktok?
ye😂
yup
Life saver istg i love you
Damn these look incredible. Shame I could probably only do half of one for breakfast :[
Could always make them smaller.
i mean you basically doubled your prep then as a silver lining, 16 days of breakfast
That adds up to 350 calories and only 21g of protein. Don’t know how you could get 50% more protein..
Yes I got 320 calories and 18 grams of protein
Whats the fat contents
Great idea for my lunches since I eat during the early AM hours
Anyone thinking I wish it was more keto, just sub for almond flour and remove almost all the carbs. If the little sweet from almond doesn't taste right add more salt to balance it.
Urgh. Nuts have heaps of carbs. FFS. 🤦♀️
@@geekchick4859 a serving of almond flour which is a 1/4 cup is 6 grams of carbs. Compared to 18g carbs in a 1/4 of wheat flour. It's not perfect but it's a much better alternative. Even peanuts are not bad as half their total carbs are fiber. If you are full keto then obviously this doesn't work. Personally I just try to stay low carb so under 50g per day.
@@geekchick4859urgh FFS and a facepalm BC someone accurately explained how to make this recipe with less carbs...
You need to grow tf up, even if you had a point is it really that much of an issue?
Have you actually tried this though? If so, and it worked out, I'd love to hear more details about how you pulled it off.
Either way, my life is easier if I just do what she says.🫡
‡ That's a joke about AI in case you're wondering. Look it up. It's hilarious.
Keto for too long will raise your cortisol level. That's a stress hormone that can do bad things in large amounts. I think it also reacts with testosterone, too.
Try to be careful how you push yourself, metabolically. Also be careful with how long you induce a strain on your body's systems.
Thank you, may God bless you all and everyone. ❤
i need to try this now
Who came here to find the TikToker😂
I LOVE this, I could definitely have this before the Gym. And as an alternative, you can use a Burrito size, Tortilla Shell✨🔥💯
Thank you so much for these recipes. So easy.
That’s a lot of cooking for when I don’t feel like cooking.
“If you don’t have a lot of time in the morning…”
Proceeds to make his own dough
its meal prep!! you're meant to make these a different day when you DO have time and then quickly reheat them in the morning
@@galacticmackerel4954 oh duh! That makes more sense
Thank you, thank you, thank you! Subbed!
How is this only 320 calories?
Cuz it's a lie
It's not
@@sweettooph2221 eggs6 300 +becon 350kcal/100g, here 120g makes 420kcal alone!! Is there any special becon (air fed beef or so? All becons are min.335kcal/100g. It's minimum 1200kcal, maybe 1800?? dividing it for 8 buns or?
Ingredients are for everything (8 meals ) , macros are per one
I personally hate meal prepping and reheating food since it usually tastes different from when it was fresh
This right here is going to my breakfast 3 months from now when I watch this again 🤣
Work 40 hours to spend 48 hours to cook, clean, run errands to work 40 hours....
get a job you want to work 40 hours at, theirs litterally millions of jobs it worth you time to find the right one
You could cook these up on a Saturday or Sunday to the last week to cut out cooking time throughout the week. Just pop in the microwave when you get home from work
He has some good recipes , but this aint one, the dough is too sticky, impossible to stretch that much , dont reccomend
Dude I needeeeed this! They look fire 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 so excited to try these out
300 calories for one sounds huge
Who came form the TikTok
i
Real
I needed this. the moment I saw how its made, I decided to make this my breakfest for when school starts
And where exactly are the 32g protein supposed to come from? None of the ingridients support that claim at all...
Bacon, Eggs, Cheese, Yoghurt all have protein in them. It might not be 32 but you sound dense AF.
Agreed lol.
probably the yoghurt and the bacon but I highly doubt it's 32g, probably more like 15-20g
6 eggs and 150 egg whites?)
@@sitebuildingtips I came up with 17g :D But i don't know the quantity so i'll round that up to 20g too. Still nearly 35% less than advertised.
Excellent recipe thank you very much.
Im deffently going to make this
This shit is so good omg I ate them all
That's looks wonderful. But, doesn't flour increase blood sugar spike in the morning? I am cautious of having bread of flour in the morning.
There's a lot of protein in it so the blood sugar spike will be less.
Just watching this made my mouth water, do you think I could substitute yogurt for milk?
Looks delicious 😋
LOOKS SO GOOD
bro made pupusas and called them hot pockets im dead 💀 hahahaha need to try this!
OH you lovely cook! Thank you for the recipe and idea.
this is genius and they taste absolutely amazing
Many thanks! Looks great. Will try!❤
You have no clue how disappointed I was that this wasn't Pupusa cheese pull. This is a great video, none the less.
That looks amazing!! I'm a vegetarian but I can easily use alternatives for the ingredients. Brilliant recipe!
Okay this is a banger
Dayum this looks good
These look amazing!
My daughter just started an RN program and needs healthy quick meals.
Great Wedding/Birthday Pic, Team.
Ooh, this is exactly what I've been looking for! I gotta try this 🤩
Looks so good
🤤 Just subscribe can’t wait to see what else you make;Definitely going to make that!
Awesome recipe 👍
I love when men cook , make their foods ❤. Whoever his wife or girlfriend is very
Lucky .this looks delicious 😋
How would you reheat it though?
Depending on what you make it with would determine the actual calories.
Option 1: If you use turkey bacon (I.e. Jenni-O) would have the calories to 373 calories per pocket
Option 2: using bacon such as Center Cut (I.e. Black Label brand) your calories would shoot up to 414 calories.
Now of course I measured this out using Fage 0% Greek Yogurt for the dough.
Option 1 Macros would look like: Protein:24.4 g
Carbs: 41.4 g
Fat: 10.2g
Option 2 macros would look like:
Protein: 28.8g
Carbs: 41.4g
Fat: 14.3g
So, a little less protein than stated and a little more fat, carbs and calories.
