Hi, great tutorial and super easy to follow! However I am getting an error when I go to bake the normal map. It says "Multires data baking requires multi-resolution object" But all my objects have the multi res modifier set up properly from what I know. I have tried restarting but still no luck. Any Idea on what might be happening? Thanks
Off the top of my head, make sure the object is selected and the texture node is selected before baking. I'll look into this, let me know if that fixes it
@@StudioFantasyDev I have done that. I was looking through some old forums and found that it was because I had another modifier on. I had an armature modifier on as I am making an animated pair of arms. Disabling this then allowed me to bake it. However my image doesn’t look like yours it’s blue and purple which I believe is the typical normal map. But when I attach it it doesn’t look any better. I will look into this some more and let you know if I find a fix!
@@StudioFantasyDev I managed to get it all working! Thanks for the tutorial it was perfect! The Problem I had with the baking afterwards is because I had some artefacts in my model which i did not notice. But it is all working now!

That's really helpful to know! If anyone else has that issue I'll pass the info along!
