- Watch The Ohio State University Marching Band perform at the 2022 Buckeye Invitational in Ohio Stadium on Oct. 15, 2022. The band begins with its ramp entrance before performing its Shrek halftime show, "Sing, Sing, Sing" and Script Ohio.
That was the best day of my life. Im so thankful for that opportunity!

I enjoyed performing on their field as well as watching the bands
I was able to go to the buckeye invitational last year with my school and it was one of the most amazing experiences of my life to see the osu band march their pregame and halftime. Thank you so much for such a wonderful time!!
I have attended the buckeye invitational as both as a fan and as a band parent. When i got to attend as a band parent it was really special because i was helping with the band and actually got to be out on the field. For a life long buckeyes fan other then my son and daughter getting to play in the horseshoe me getting a chance to be out on that field and getting to walk on the field before our band performed was a dream come true for me. I will never forget those times.
I had the honor and privilege to be there! Best experience ever! I was with Fairfield High Schools Marching Band!
Wow! You kids are awesome! You ought to be so proud of yourselves. As a former high school marching band member, I can only imagine all of the hours of hard work you have put into these productions. Totally awesome! Be proud of yourself.

@@MP_67_Productions It’s the same way with my band. We’re a show band, not a competition band, so we nearly never get the opportunity to perform like we did at OSU

This is a high school band competition. We did have an HBCU-style band from Georgia a few years ago though.

first timing being in the shoe will say it was a great first experience bc ive never seen the osumb before i mainly came bc my band was in the buckeye invitational but this was truly amazing
I was there and as I watched OSU, I said to myself “Ohh, they’re good.”

Must you be a student of OSU, to be in the OSU band?
You can be a student at OSU or one of the nearby schools that has HECC cross-registration and don’t have bands, such as Columbus State and Capitol.
