Helped me a lot! I could not figure out why my lock being in horizontal was not working with a left hand door then you showed out to program it and it works!
This helped me. My issue was I had 5 beeps and said clear jam. All it was was the orientation like you said. I know better. I’ve installed several and forgot about this.
I purposely came on to tell you that I used by getting a lever to keep from pinching my fingers from something I had added to the jamb Your confidence is off the charts I can see you working on a farm. I like when people can teach others to build their confidence
I noticed mine never turns green. Even while working and putting code in, when it unlocks, it always flashes red? What does this mean? This happens even when I put fresh batteries.
Mine programs but doesnt work light turns green when new passcode is updated but when i close the door and try to lock it wont let me and just blinks red

@@Lilj1ist shoot, I don't know. I've had a few times where I couldn't figure out what was wrong and I've just completely re-set the lock and started over.
Did you orient the door direction? Whenever I’ve ran into issues with these, it has either been alignment not being good or it doesn’t know what direction the bolt needs to go and the orient step needs to be re-done.

I have a question. I can unlock my door with my code, but I can’t lock it from the outside with the code. What am I doing wrong?

Does it still function as it should? I think this one has a red light sometimes but it works as expected. Maybe just the light color?

Have you tried redoing the steps that orients the direction the lock should slide out? When mine was struggling, I redid that step.

Nope. Mine doesn't do anything. It lights up white and does nothing.
Nice locks but unfortunately easy to open (unlock).
Go with better quality locks stay away from kwisets.
