Finally someone did this watch justice. It is a watch based on the original Omega Seamaster 1000 Megaquartz. It was never put into production because the quartz movement suffered from accuracy issues when the watch was put into freezing temperatures. The Spanish microbrand made one a few years ago using ETA movements, and this is Steeldive´s version. I sometimes with they had made these with ETA (or even Sellita) movements too. The Crepas version sold out and is trading well above (3x) the original selling price. For those of use with 7.5¨ wrists, it fits perfectly. As it is now with the NH35, the watch runs about +5 to +7 seconds fast per day. The lume is great, as you mentioned too but I´d be first in line, though, to get yet another one the day they use higher beat movements. If they want to place an original spin on it, they can make them with drilled/perforated lugs with thicker axle pins to provide greater security than the shouldered spring bars that have always been used in them.

I ordered one in the latest sale at an excellent price and it arrived yesterday. It is a lot of watch for the money (both in terms of spec and finish, as well as size!) The case shape does make the watch look big but it is surprisingly comfortable to wear on my 7.25 inch wrist.

Sooooo its just another complete copy of another original by Omega with a change in name only. Pass. Yeah who cares if the numbers they are claiming on the dial are correct? WTF lol. Yeah just make up any shit you want cause there are people that will buy anything and try to tell you how better it is than the original.
