  • Here’s a collage of pictures and clips of how i machined my Stuart models Victoria steam engine.
    It is the first engine i ever built and it is also the first video i have ever edited, so there are lots of things i would have done differently if i ever were to do it again, but this will have to do for now. 😅

    Thanks for the video. Great job for your first engine! Rather than seeing how fast it will run, see how S---L---O---W you can get it to run. That's the real challenge. These big-wheeled, long-stroke, Victorian engines look more elegant running at slow-to-moderate speed.

    That piston is hitting the head. Plus the fly wheel not balanced. It shakes the table gives that away
