The combination of colors on this engine is particularly pleasing, to my eyes 👍

There is a lot of play in that valve arm bearing... If I had to guess that would be where the knock is coming from, not sure what that part is actually called but looks like a lot of moving parts are a little loose tolerance regardless but otherwise the finish of the engine looks very nice. And yes I have found out not only from building a V10 kit that flat head grub screws are just terrible to use with mechanical things like this but also will tend to break or strip when trying to remove them from vintage knobs on old radios that have not been touched in 50+ years! M3 stainless steel allen head grub screws feel much better to work with and look better too!

I wonder. Could this particular engine become the dasis for a freelanced steam locomotive, similar to a C-16 2-8-0? This twin Victoria is vey nice looking. ;-)

I have what I will call a large scale version of this engine, 4"x7" , the flywheel weighs in at probably around 160kg.
Would all of the timing adjustments for this Stuart apply to my larger engine?

I wonder if that engine could drive a steam bicycle?

When your running in warp do you ever have failure s are you going to get back to your Ben buckle RC plane like to see you fly it

Yes sometimes, that's why I do it. As to the the RC plane, I need o find a local model flying club and rejoin the BMFA for insurance purposes before flying it . . . .
