Hello, how do you fix the plastic/rubber from the inside of the lower handle? I managed to f*ck it up and I can't get it back in... and I also damaged the front screw and can't get it out... Could you help out? Any advices (except "send it to service") would be highly appreciated!

There's a silver safety Bolt what you need to release and then put it back again
Mine arrived today, and having the same problem. You just have to remove the white thing you have in front, that is preventing the folding part to go all the way. After removing it, it just clicks, I don't need to do any force at all. It's nice, now.

i’ve had this scooter for about a month now and i still haven’t figured out how to unfold it, i unscrew the nail and continuously try and pull the black lever up

You have to push the lever upward really hard! Just like how he does it. I couldn't feagure it out eather.

The handle bars are adjustable
so they say its 70km but you only get 25km 15miles out of it i will sick with my 35km get the same miles just a scam sell by the sounds of it

Hi I accidentally forget and to unplug this during charging and it was charged for 12 hours. Would that affect its battery life if you forget to unplug it from charger for many hours? 🙄😥

I don't know, it probably has over charge protection.I would use a timer just in case. Good to set a timer for charging to about 80-90% for long term storage.
