    This was so wonderful!!! A perfect workout with very few modifications for my knee. I love that I could do the swimming / Superman pose. I was also able to combine many of my knee rehab PT moves. Thank you Welly! Oh and how you film multiple in one day!!! You go lady. Happy Friday 08/23/24!
