Good progress Lacresha! Your daughter seems enjoy modelling her outfits you made her, lol. So cute!:) Those are some good tips as well. I do like to read but I don't know why it never dawned on me to purchase (or even borrow from the library) sewing books when I ventured into garment sewing as a young adult. It would have saved me so much time and frustration! The turning point for me was joining patternreview.com and learning from other members. But yeah, if only I had just got myself a sewing book and learned the basics! Ah well, you live and learn I guess!:)
Rikki B Thank you for your comments. That's the beauty of all this. We now have a medium where we get to express different ideas and our own different experiences. After review of this video I realized that I did not say anything about classes and it did not dawn upon me to say classes because I never went to classes but other viewers have. So we are all living and learning. :)
Cherie Bentz time to sew is generally 6am while 1 child is off to school and the other is still fast 😴. I would love to show you my sewing/ laundry room as soon as I complete my laundry. Lol maybe I should do more laundry and less sewing.
thecasablancalily Generally when I do a project I cut 1pattern out then I sew. Preparing 3 projects ahead of time does save time. Also stacking thin fabrics for my little girls dresses and switching to create different dresses is a wonderful idea. Using this suggestions for her next dresses. Creating 2 instead of 1.

You are doing a great job with the clothes you’ve made. How have you found the time to sew? And will you ever do a tour of your sewing space? 😊

Lacresha L Actually, mine is my laundry room too!
Cute clothes! Well done. What tips helped you sew quicker?
