Some o´ y´all need to get paid because you out here saving lives. I was going insane and after hours of watching SO MANY videos, you give me VITAL information that should be in the first page of the machine manual! God bless you!
I would give you a thousand thumbs up if I could. You kept me sane when my quilting head went funky and started making nests. You’re getting your own playlist on my subs. I was on the last of this quilt when the stitches went funky. 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍🤗
Ok.... Im coming here for the SECOND time just to thank you AGAIN!!! After 9 months of not touching my machine I had forgotten ALL your tips and pointers. Of course I was doing everything wrong again and thank heavens for the youtube history search because I remembered I had watched a LIFE SAVING video last year and I needed to find it again! Im very grateful for your simple and straight forward explanation!! Just wanted to say THANK YOU AGAIN!
Oh noooo.....I was loading the bobbin wrong and it was just my second try in my new pe800...here I am 1am in bed and I just wish I can go back to my machine but I'll wake the baby....I can't wait to fix it .....thank you so much !! thank you for sharing your knowledge. what a wonderful video!
I would give you a thousand thumbs up if I could too! I just boxed up my PE900 after a week of frustration and trying to fix tension and nesting issues and I was doing all 3 of these things wrong. I can't wait to unbox it and see if these resolve it and allow me to love the idea of embroidery again!! THANK YOU!!!!!!
Wow. Thank you! My bobbin thread kept coming through the top. I played the bobbin and top thread tension and nothing worked. Then I tried loading the bobbin in how you explained it. Something so simple changes everything 🤗
You are EXACTLY right! I have been embroidering for years and already knew these things, but I was telling others these things and decided to see if I could find someone's vid to SHOW and confirm what I was telling them. And your vid is it. So thanks...I'll share this with the people having problems so they understand. 🙂
This video was a tremendous help to me. I was having nesting problem and broke a needle on a time sensitive project. I was so stressed out. This was so basic, and I didn't realize that I was not putting my needle plate and bobbin case in right. Thank you!
Thanks so much. Tried to embroidery my first project with thread changes and everything you said--change the bobbin, bobbin thread coming to the top of project and nesting happen in the first moment after changing the thread and the bobbin. Thanks again.
I did my first project and got a nesting problem tonight. I am so glad I found you. You helped me realize my mistake, I was threading with that green light on and that pressure foot still engaged. You saved me, Thank You.
Can't thank you enough. I have watched countless videos and never got all the points you mentioned. I had no idea the bobbin weight thread was an issue. It's finally working for me. Thank you!!!
Thank you sooo much! 3rd week with nesting problems! New at this and YOU saved me. Bobbin thread wt matters!!!! Tension test and now working like a charm!
Oh my Jesus thank you. I was doing everything right and I would have good embroidery work and then BAM out of nowhere an disaster. Your number 3 issue was my issue. And I would look into that last threading part and notice my thread was not catching easily. What a relief. Again thank you.
thank you , I was having issue with my machine I though I was threading it right until I came across your video, show me how to do... I try and try I was getting frustrated had to step back I watch so many video I though I was never going to fix the problem .
I just want to say GURLLLLL!!!!! You have been a sanity Restorer! Thank you SO MUCH! I was like WTH!?! Why is it still bunching up? I'm so grateful you made this video! 🙌
I Appreciate this Video So much. Sometimes it's the little things we don't do or pay attention to that give us the biggest headaches. Thank You again. Fingers crossed no more nesting
Oh wow! Thank you!! Im new in embroidery and my old sewing machine was a vintage industrial heavy machine. All mechanical. Nothing electric. I see i need to learn a LOT about these new electric machines. When I first got my machine I kept looking for the stich size nob and the tension screw that i was so so so used to. And the backwards stitch lever. And since I am not used to these new machines i would have never thought that the elevated foot would be responsible for opening the tension wheels (or whatever its called). Anyways... Thank you!
Interesting video. I have never used a home embroidery machine, however I have used 2 very nice industrial machines, for the last five years. Currently I'm running a two head, 10 color BAI machine. One difference is I never rethread my machine ( at least I try not to have to) instead I tie the new color to the existing spool and pull it through. It will surprise you how often little dust bunnies come through that gather on the small knot as it is being pulled through the machine.
2021 just brought the same exact machine and I watched your video I was having the same problem with my under thread showing and this helped soo much thank you
Yes, you can use embroidery thread in your bobbin, it depends what you are embroidering ie: towels etc where the back shows. Also for Free Standing Lace...just load your bobbin with the same thread used on the top...but yes in general use actual bobbin thread which is much lighter weight.
Janet Kealy thank you for information. This video is for people who just open their box and had the same problem I had. I am by no means an expert. I just hope my experience can help other not make the same mistakes I had.
Hello. I just bought the pe800. I embroider karate belts and just upgraded from the pe770 since the upper thread kept breaking. Now on this one I also get the upper thread breaking. I have prewound bobbins. I haven’t changed any tension yet. An idea what I can do?
Hey girl I’m late to this video as I just bought a machine and let me tell you I wanna pull my hair out hahaha my main issue I have been having after fixing my nesting issue is my automatic cutter (the scissor button) won’t cut it makes a weird noise as if it’s going to cut and never does ! Have you had this?
I have been doing embroidery for 20 years. It still happens. It sucks! Always on an expensive item. I know how to load embroidery items. Had 20 heads. I want to know why. I use magna bobbins, I process 10k pieces a month. I need to know how to stop this. Bad digitization caused it. How do you determine bad dst file. Embroidered 50 pieces and then bird nested.
Hi, i tried to fix the all things u mentioned. But my machine still ve a problem. Theres some sound at upper part during the machine operate and last it bcome worse, nesting at the bottom.
My question is if the bobbin thread should not be the same as the embroidery thread. For example say I am using 40 weight embroidery thread, then what should my bobbin thread be? I have a Brother innovis NS1150E embroidery machine. Similar to the Brother PE 800.
BR R hello, so 60 wt thread is the most common bobbin thread wt. With this video I am trying to stop/ show viewers that a common mistake made with people new to embroidery is not to take your embroidery thread and whine it up into your bobbins. Also the answer can be found in your manual. I really hate to give advice on machine that I never use.
@@sewverycreativewithlacresh5655 Still not quite a proper answer. So can I use REGULAR cotton to thread the bobbin? I live in South America and we don´t have access to as many options and choices as you guys have. We only get cheap Chinese threads here and I am worried it is gonna ruin my machine. I did use regular thread once and it caused horrible nesting and awful sounds, but the threads on your bobbin look like regular cotton.
Got lots of problem with my brother sewing machine XL-4030, sometime its works with embroidery sometimes not, and always cut the thread whenever i sew any fabrics.
I just recently upgraded my machine. One of the things that was a must for me was separation of embroidery machine and my sewing machine. That way if one is down the other is still available. Sorry to hear you are having problems.

Thank you, after viewing your video you solved my nesting problems I was about to give up. Something so simple made a huge difference.

Thanks so much Lacresha! You saved a Brother machine from being thrown off my roof. All of your tips worked!
Not me literally doing all 3 wrong 👀 Time to wipe away my tears of frustration & try again! Thanks for the tips!
THAT LAST TIP WHAT?? for the longest time I did not understand why it was so hard to change thread sometimes lol. thank you so much

Thanks so much! By switching out the bobbin thread, my tension problem was fixed. I tried everything, but didn't know the fix could be so easy.

Thank you sooooo much! You saved me from turning off the machine for good!
Ty none of these were my issue. I’ll keep searching. Ty
You can have embroidery thread in Bobbin, when doing free standing lace I use Isacord.
Thank you!!!!! I was guilty of all three of the things you mentioned.
This video saved my life!! I was so frustrated. Thank you so much!!!
You are a lifesaver!!!! I have a deadline to meet and you helped.
Thank you I’m almost nuts with my Brother machine! I’ll try these tips!

Wow, this was very informative. I can't wait to try these tips out. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!
Thank you SO MUCH! My problem was so simple (bobbin thread weight issue) and I figured it out thanks to this video!
But what about when you need the stitching to be the same thread from the bobbin as the top ..for like those snap tabs, key fobs etc?
Thank you so much. Your Video is extremely helpful.
What do you mean by the weight of your bobbin has to be a different weight than your top thread? Is there a specific type that I should be buying?

I’m having a problem with spacing between my tension can you please help!!
Thanks a lot !

Why won’t the thread stay in notch 6 on the pe800
Enjoyed your video thank you for your advice.

Thank you so much!
Thank you 😢
Thank you so much! Subscribed.
i love you so much !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Awesome Video!
Thank you
Im confused. why would I need bobbin thread if im embroidering?
Because the bobbin thread must be thinner than the top one in order to embroider correctly.
Thank you! Everything you said I was doing lol 😂
TFS😊
Niceeeee
thx eheheh
