Great video - there are plenty of videos of Messi or Ronaldo helping a small club by banging in 50 goals, but it is fascinating to see that a defender can also have that impact! This could have been Sol Campbell at Notts County...
Thank you, glad you enjoyed the video! I'm with you there, it's fascinating to see what these guys can do in the lower tiers. You're right about Sol Campbell too, would've loved to have seen how he performed with Notts County
i think this is the biggest impact a player has had so far in your "big fish in a little pond" style videos. i love stuff like this, please keep making them. if you're looking for ideas, i would love to see a video where you take a team of legends from cm 97/98 (ibrihama bakayoko, bjorn heidenstrøm, pedrez munoz alfonso etc) and unleash them on fm24 to see how they would do.
Yeah Cannavaro definitely made a huge impact here! Thank you, glad you enjoyed the video. That's a great suggestion with moving those guys to FM24. Will definitely make note of that for a future video. Do you still play much CM 97/98? I'd love to play some of those CM games soon but haven't got them installed.
@@ReteroFM they’ve really struggled since they were relegated from the Conference Premier in 08/09. 09/10 they were relegated from the Conference North due to financial issues (despite being owned over £200,000 from the FA Cup/TV run where they beat Charlton). Two more relegations followed in the next 6/7 years and they now play in the Midland League Premier (despite being in Cheshire) which is Step 9 of the Pyramid. Awful owners and fan splits leading to the creation of 1874 Northwich have pretty much sealed Vics fate as never being able to reach those heights of the now National League, where they once were the longest surviving team in that league after its creation in the late 70s. Northwich is a small town, but it’s got 3 football clubs - Vics, 1874 and Witton Albion, it’s a real shame that the clubs won’t put aside their differences and merge, as I genuinely believe that if they did, that this town could have a football club that is capable of playing in the Football League.

There was one where Kaka fired Aberdeen to a league title at the first effort.

Was kind of expecting this to wind up with Vauxhall finishing 14th or something. What an impact! What a player!
Yeah i was thinking similar to be honest, he really stepped up for them and was so dominant
great content love all the videos! keep up all the amazing work :)
Cheers mate i appreciate it! Glad you enjoyed the video!
My local team Northwich won the league with ease that season. Surprised to see they struggled
That's interesting, shame they couldn't replicate reality. How are Northwich doing these days? Haven't heard much about them in recent years
