When I had an ATT landline many years ago, I was a loyal customer. When MCI hijacked my long distance, I fought hard to get back to ATT. When I got Uverse hooked up after moving, the sales practices were predatory & deceptive. I was charged for things that I was told would be free. I was promised a "gift card" that never arrived. The service itself is variable on speed, but has worked reliably, even during hurricanes. That is the only reason I have not switched to a different service already. The hardware is now becoming intermittent, so I may look into different options.
Worst internet I have ever had. We have the highest package internet wise and it is no faster than 5mbps...Not to mention these workers got no clue what they are doing. Never get this internet or TV. Spectrum or Comcast is your best option
I was in the process of ordering U-verse just now but wanted to see the difference between wired and wireless receivers. But I saw the link to this review and decided to check it out. I'm so glad I did. No NFL Network or Red Zone Channel? That means no U-verse for me. Call me when you get these channels back and we'll talk.
i have directv to this day since i just don't want to cut the cord because i just like the feeling of watching nfl sunday ticket every sunday of the week. and it has the channels from europe my wife likes to watch. and it is only $134.99 a month and it includes epix, hbo max, showtime, and they have very good account management and i like that when i bundle it with at&t gigabit fiber it costs me 110 dollars a month which at least in my book is a awesome deal!
I had them for 8 years now and They took off Nfl Network bogus of them and need to be like Comcast x1 Xfinity TV with Talking Remote control and 4k boxes
Was hoping you'd show some of the U-verse UI or comment on the experience compared to Comcast and DirecTV.
They don't actually try it they just look at the website

How do you get it disconnected or turned off
I’m forced to use this U-verse crap because of my HOA. First they installed wireless boxes but because their internet speeds yo yo’d constantly I changed to hard wired boxes which are “slightly” better. The DVR format is antiquated and cumbersome. My community is supposed to have “Concierge Customer Service”, but the phone goes to the same Asian call center as everyone else.
U-VERSE just dropped the NFL NETWORK which was a chanel I always had on. That’s Bulls**t. IF YOU HAVE ANY CHOICE AVOID AT&T U-VERSE.

I had U-Verse tv about 6 or 7 years ago. Although the service was nice I get a much better deal cutting the cord and streaming my entertainment.

ATT modem/ Router. this machine quick out my iMac from the wifi everyday. lost connection. and cant get back to connect. ..... pain in the butt !!
But after connect my airport extreme as bridge, problem solved. BUT NEVER GET MORE THAN 75mbps .... WHEN THEY OFFER ME 300mbps. Oh well... waiting to complete my year to cancel and go to another company.
I work for ATT and I can say that their shitty, buggy and faulty systems keep preventing me from fully helping our customers.

Horrible customer service. Eliminate channels and raises price for less. Criminal empire. Cancels your contract out of the blue and raises price 30 percent.
Most of the channels are fillers; just garbage you'd never watch.
And don't even think about getting in the way of things
