Super job Tom, coming along really well now👍👍. keep taking the videos mate, it's really interesting. Your going to love that window when the koi are in there. Keep up the great work mate 👍👍take care, Terry.
Thanks Terry, I can't wait either. Just got shipping confirmation on my liner, should be here by end of the week. Now I have to hurry up and build your filters. Started on the Sieve today as we had rain and snow, so couldn't do much outdoors.
With the Pro Mk2, what a lot of people are doing, is building a base to allow the pipework to go under the filter, and using a shower drain in the bottom for the waste, which is much easier I must admit. Terry.
If you go down the shower drain rout, make sure the K1 can't get through the grid on the drain before you buy. You've probably thought of this, but just thought I should mention it mate. Terry.
The glass is 48x24 and the opening in the pond is 44x18. I would have gone taller than 18, but then I would have had to make a special cut in the lower railroad tie, not so easy to do. I'd say a 2" lip all the way around is plenty.
Getting done Zippy fast. Still can’t wait though.
Excellent!!
I just stumbled accross this build series and have really enjoyed it so far . I hope it doesn't go to Zippy fast.
The weather has slowed progress a bit as we've been having rain showers off and on all week. I will probably have an update video middle of next week.
it’s looking good mate
Thanks Kevin, lot's more to come.

@@Wrighty Huh, interesting, sounds like an idea. I will probably be starting the Mk2 build here in a few days. The Sieve should be finished tomorrow.
