Pot of Gold Cupcakes

In this video, I show how to make Pot of Gold Cupcakes. These St. Patrick's Day cupcakes have a fun surprise in them!
You will need:
- Chocolate cupcakes.
- Something to remove center of cupcake.
- Gold sprinkles.
- Frosting.
- Green sprinkles.
Remove center of cupcake making sure you don't go all the way through the cupcake. Add gold sprinkles to center of cupcake. Put cut out center back into cupcake. Frost cupcake. Add green sprinkles to top of cupcake. I used small cupcakes from the store and thought they were too fragile for this. I would use regular sized cupcakes next time.
You could also use white frosting and color it green to add more color to the cupcake. For an extra treat use gold edible color spray on an Oreo and top your cupcake with it to look like a gold coin!
