I wish someone had drilled this into me in my twenties, but 100% always wear sun screen, every day of the year. Make it a good quality one and not the sort included in moisturiser. I started to do this in my forties and twenty years later, I hardly have any lines to speak of ❤
Hi Dr. Rajani, very interesting video. You said biostimulators help rebuilding fat pads - is that true for all biostimulators or just PRF? I heard about this effect first in your PRF videos, but now I'm wondering if PLLA and PCL can do this too.
Great video most people prefer ayurvedic or natural sources for there skin and this video does help with that , but testosterone if given with a direct source would help better ?
There was a Dr online who was talking about how runners usually having terrible wrinkles because of the constant vibration and pounding stretches the facial ligaments over time. It’s not just the sun damage.
What’s your thoughts on micro stamping with different products being directly injected? Instead of micro needling. Benefits would be it’s a one and done and they come in sterilized containers or pods.
Im 67 and my skin is smooth, with crows feet, marionette lines and naso labial lines, one line between my brows; and hooded eyes; I use cream fillers designed to lessen creases and it works fairly well; but I noticed something weird, laxity in my cheeks and jowls, not tight like it used to be; and a "lumpy" look to cheeks and jowls as if fat has migrated; so ive lost collagen and fat is shifting somehow; I'de like to try the Red light face mask to rejuvenate. My marionette lines show a break down of collagen and a change in skin texture inside the lines in the creases. I'de love to get Dr. Rajani's evaluation of my face status and recommendations! Never had any procedures yet.
Omg so much gold in these videos. I need to look up PRF. I doubt Canada is on the ball with this though. We’re a bit behind I find. I’m hoping I can salvage fat cells that were damaged over two months ago in a HIFU treatment. You can’t see anything now but I suspect in 12+ months I’ll age by 10 years. I’m hoping PRF can stop that from occurring.
Love your videos just so much information and don't know which to use and where to start. 🙈. I'm 43 and loosing fat under my eyes is my biggest issue and the lines between my eyes. But I also don't want to become obsessed with anti ageing as it is not a disease it is apart of life and we have no choice but to age and die. So a simple routine is what I'm looking for.
Doc, is Bakuchiol safe for the under eye area or should one refrain from any strong products in that area. I know I wouldn’t use retinol in the under eye are but I’m not sure about bakuchiol. I trust you response more than anybody else’s because I know you are extremely educated on skincare……and you are so passionate about us, your followers to be as educated as you are. It's a nightmare 😂
I except the wrinkles
but I'm sure as hell going to try to detain them!😂
Thank you, Dr. Rajani. Would you recommend pure bakuchiol or a serum which contains bakuchiol for facial application? Much gratitude once again.
Your videos worth millions
I really appreciate 🙏
It's my pleasure

I have nature herb seed oil which can mostly found in Ghana, this oil contains ( palmitic acid, myristic acid, stearic acid, oleic acid, linoleic acid, linolenic acid odeolidic acid, eicosenoic acid, behenic acid etc which reverse aging more than 37-43 %
Thank you for the information you share, dr. I would appreciate a video on what I’m-office procedures would benefit a person in their late 20’s, such as I. I am working to prevent and preserve my skin❤
I wish someone had drilled this into me in my twenties, but 100% always wear sun screen, every day of the year. Make it a good quality one and not the sort included in moisturiser. I started to do this in my forties and twenty years later, I hardly have any lines to speak of ❤
@@sallycrawford5936 thank you for the reply, I already have a sunscreen in my routine and it for sure is a non-negotiable for me❤️
@@sallycrawford5936 and wonderful youre happy with the State of your skin!
Stay out of the sun and like said 👆 use sunscreen
❤❤❤🎉🎉🎉 big thk u dr!!! its helping all humans to make them more beautiful and u are so beautiful! ! ❤
There is just so much advice here, what do I use and take away from this?
Hi Dr. Rajani, very interesting video. You said biostimulators help rebuilding fat pads - is that true for all biostimulators or just PRF? I heard about this effect first in your PRF videos, but now I'm wondering if PLLA and PCL can do this too.
You are absolutely the best. An amazing giver. Thank you
Great video most people prefer ayurvedic or natural sources for there skin and this video does help with that , but testosterone if given with a direct source would help better ?
PLEASE send us tips on hands?🙏🏻
No one doctor has ever spoken about anti aging for hands
This one has!!! Search.....rajani hand filler

First comment. Thank you so much my dear Dr Anil Rajani.very useful and helpful 💓 😊 👍
🙏🏻🙏🏻
There was a Dr online who was talking about how runners usually having terrible wrinkles because of the constant vibration and pounding stretches the facial ligaments over time. It’s not just the sun damage.
I wish I could buy your products in Australia 😢 ❤
Very beautiful shirt Dr. R and s wearing.
Thank you kindly
What’s your thoughts on micro stamping with different products being directly injected? Instead of micro needling. Benefits would be it’s a one and done and they come in sterilized containers or pods.
It's nice. Be extremely careful what you are stamping. Is it sterile? Remember. It enters your blood stream
How interesting! 🤔 Thank you for all tips
Happy that RUclips showed you to me 🎉
I so appreciate that @BaharKumbetli. Stay tuned and have a super day.

Your videos are always full of helpful info, thanks Dr. Rajani!
Most welcome!
Dr R, can you do a video on IV hydration therapy and what additives will help with anti-aging/collagen production?
Yes will do
Im 67 and my skin is smooth, with crows feet, marionette lines and naso labial lines, one line between my brows; and hooded eyes; I use cream fillers designed to lessen creases and it works fairly well; but I noticed something weird, laxity in my cheeks and jowls, not tight like it used to be; and a "lumpy" look to cheeks and jowls as if fat has migrated; so ive lost collagen and fat is shifting somehow; I'de like to try the Red light face mask to rejuvenate.
Any chance you are in Ontario?!? I’m looking to do prf also. I think they offer it at some places in Toronto!
Excelent as usual the Best ! Thank you so much for such Great Advice and telling us the Truth! Thank you and Many Blessings 🙏🏻❤️
I so appreciate that @CarmenPerez-os2kp. Stay tuned and have a super day.
Looking on from Trinidad and Tobago. Tell me better about collagen, K2 & D3.
hormone peri menopausal driving me crazy, rapidly changing my skin😢😢😢
Love your videos just so much information and don't know which to use and where to start. 🙈. I'm 43 and loosing fat under my eyes is my biggest issue and the lines between my eyes. But I also don't want to become obsessed with anti ageing as it is not a disease it is apart of life and we have no choice but to age and die. So a simple routine is what I'm looking for.
Watch my blueprint skin care routine at store.rajanimd.com. I simplify
Please can you do a safe anti aging pregnancy routine?
Doc, is Bakuchiol safe for the under eye area or should one refrain from any strong products in that area. I know I wouldn’t use retinol in the under eye are but I’m not sure about bakuchiol. I trust you response more than anybody else’s because I know you are extremely educated on skincare……and you are so passionate about us, your followers to be as educated as you are. If you could please help, my under eye and me would be so grateful to you !! 🙏🙏🙏💖
Watch my specific video on retinol under eyes and bakuchiol will be safer than that
So interesting and helpful ...as usual. You are awesome! Thanks
I already have a collagen disorder. Joy joy.
I just found you and I hope that I am able to transform my face asap ❤❤❤🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
Absolutely the best information from a real doctor in real practice if that's what you are looking for.
Love, love, love you!

Collagen for mature skin please.
I just spent a lot of money trying to get fibrin out of a wound...hard to imagine putting that stuff back in anywhere.
I drink bone broth and use beef tallow on my skin. Thats as natural as it gets. Thank me later 👌
Love these videos 😍 Do you need Bakuchiol if you use Adapalene gel daily? Thanks 🙏🏻
Thanks, great information ، this is what I use the most diy skin care at home👍🙏

Thank you doctor for all information.

Dr Rajani, do you recommend Mesotox? microneedling with serums. Many thanks, really appreciate your knowledge and advice.
look up my mictotox and baby botox video
Thank you, the clinic I go to calls it mesotox ,their description is microneedling with a serum that would be appropriate for one's skin. I will watch yours again, I think it's much the same. Thanks again!
