I'm in my late 50's and honestly without vanity people are amazed at the quality of my skin. I went against the times of my youth and used sunscreen and hat's because I didn't like the burn! (my friends used OIL...Whoa!) This stuff works but especially in the long run 🤩🌻 p.s. free radicals are dealt with in deep wave sleep too and water has to be drunk slowly in order for the body to properly absorb it...that was news to me 😳

important part indeed "having a passion" or being curious your life long - don't sit back just because you think you are "too old"- I just started intermittent fasting that seems to be a great tool as well for being more sharp, have better skin and helps weight loss too.

Really enjoying your videos. I personally try to everyday (not always) but try most days to drink 2L water, go for walks, drink Collagen supplements and eat plenty of fruit (mainly berries) vegetables and protein (Salmon) and try and get 7 hours if sleep a night. Theres still plenty i can improve on though 🙂
Great video because I remember being told in primary school to drink 8 glasses of water a day. It helps with a lot of things including the skin. I began to show my age after a bout with dermatitis that lasted almost all of the last two years. Now it is just about completely over thank God. I had never had a skin problem before in my life and sleep was almost impossible for me. No one believed my age before that. In fact I lost my last primary care doctor because she thought I was lying about how old I was at the beginning of 2020. So I have gotten a new great and wonderful doctor now.
eat plenty of vegetables, get a lot of exercise, moisturize you'll be good. Have a routine. Best thing and ONLY THING you need to do for good healthy skin.

Yay more excuses to drink green tea and wine🤗. One thing i do to help preserve my skin is any creams or serums i put on my face, i use my pinkie(because its the weakest) and always move upward. I thinks it has helped stave off some wrinkles!🤗. God Bless.💖
Most devices have a "Comfort View" option in the settings to eliminate the Blue Light. I have mine on full time and I wear Blue Light Blocker safety glasses at work.
Hey Doc, I use Tretinoin every night and Vitamin C, sun screen every day off the year. I take fish oil and a decent hair skin and nails. Need to get some green tea though! I drink loads of water too! Need to learn to meditate though too! Thanks Doc 😊
I started drinking iced green tea all day long recently, so that's a good start. I'm going to buy the brand you have linked from Amazon. It looks like a really good deal for quality green tea.
This was so informative Dr. not just in the way of a list of what should be in a routine...but so grateful for how comprehensive in all the details! I think it was one of my favorite videos of yours. I understand sleep and meditation cannot be underestimated! As someone with a chronically sick child I have been consistently sleep deprived for many years! But what I have done is never ever gone to sleep with makeup on...ever! As soon as I get home I cannot wait to take it off! I have been wearing a strong SPF since my teens, when all my friends used suntan oil! And since having a microbiology class in my teens I am aware of germs introduced into products and never dip my hands into creams, I use clean applicators! I almost drowned as a kid and so I have always struggled with downing copious amounts of water...but I am trying to drink more fluids no as an adult...flavoring or lovely fruit helps! 💗🙏🌺
I'm in!!! For water, sleep, antioxidants, vitamins, spf, and exercise...it might take some work to use all those various skin care products...Watching your channel before I go to bed tonight...

I drank lots of Alkaline water, I find it helps off set the days I eat meat, for my skin does not like when I eat meat. 3. I do a Japanese 20 sec eye pressure point technique, that's right only 20 secs and its a life saver for my deep sunken eye problem. 4. I use sunscreen on my face and neck it helps living in south east asia. 5.I use aloe vera at night Thanks for your channels I love natural Doctors!
I make my own Retinol Serum (10%) and it's amazing! I have an excellent skin care routine which I learned about when I went to modeling school at the age of 15. As well, I saw a dermatologist in the 90s and I learned about fruit acid peels (glycolic acid). The peels really helped. Love your videos!
I really enjoy watching your videos! I practice 90% of what you mentioned in the video. I especially live the scientific research that you give. You are a " Guru" in this field! Love what you do! Keep up the great work!
Thank you for this. I try my best to stay away from foods laced with preservatives. I have a wheat and Gluten intolerance so, I try to stay as low carb as possible without losing energy. I make sure I consume whole foods, avocado, organic strawberries, blueberries. dark chocolate etc., I make my breadcrumbs with almond flour instead of white flour. I eat grass fed meat only and buy the best eggs I can free of hormones etc. I drink tons of clean filtered water and started exercising once per day. My skin care routine is mostly a gentle cleanser, and so far a big fan of Cerave products, although if I can afford good skin care. I love yoga but am starting to experience some joint issues in my hands and feet but most of these issues are genetic. I love your videos and I am learning new things every time that I watch your videos. Thank you!
Thank you so much for sharing. I had been doing some and will do some of your recommendations. I am 58 now and I am usually mistaken in my 40s😊 I think it's the passion of religiously taking care of oneself that truly counts plus the ones that really work out. Thanks again!

Thank you
@@rajanimdskincare and your 9 other recommendations👌🏻☺️
I find regularly vegetable juices or smoothies, really improves my complexion
Ok, now I have shift my schedule of watching your video in the daytime so I can sleep soundly in the evening! No worries, I will still never miss your channel.
Enjoy! and Thank You
Please consider a video on low carb diets and their benefits for skin. Also intermittent fasting which has been shown to increase autophagy
Good ones stay tuned
I have purchased your hyaluronic acid serum and vitamin C serum and love them!
Where do you get these ?
I take biotin daily, and often add collagen powder to my Keto Chow shakes. Low carb diet always reverses aging on my face because sugars are aging. I use glycolic acid pads in the daytime, (strong ones work well for me), and Boots No. 7 advanced retinol 1.5 complex at night.
I've done this type of routine for decades (especially sunscreen) but my sleep quality was reduced by Fibromyalgia however I'm on CBD oil and a drug to increase deep wave sleep with great results. I'm in my late 50's and honestly without vanity people are amazed at the quality of my skin. I went against the times of my youth and used sunscreen and hat's because I didn't like the burn! (my friends used OIL...Whoa!) This stuff works but especially in the long run 🤩🌻 p.s. free radicals are dealt with in deep wave sleep too and water has to be drunk slowly in order for the body to properly absorb it...that was news to me 😳
What is your deep sleep medication please?
Pls tell which pills U take for sleeping? I have the same problem and want to discuss with my doctor this option
This amazing. i always Tryed go bed early 730pm or 8pm most of my life it helps to make you look younger. When i go bed late i look more tied and Ugorly more. I look prettyer and I feel happyer to. I go bed earlyer
important part indeed "having a passion" or being curious your life long - don't sit back just because you think you are "too old"- I just started intermittent fasting that seems to be a great tool as well for being more sharp, have better skin and helps weight loss too.
I am a 50 years young surfer and i look naturally 38. Even the sun didn't age my skin. I have practiced meditation for 18 years, and have a good life style. Metaphysics and Quantum Physics are key as well and of course drinking water, loving myself, atioxidants...i became a life coach 👌😊💕
congrats on your success
@@rajanimdskincare Aww merci dr Rajani, same for you 😊💕🌊
Really enjoying your videos.
Thanks for watching
This is only Dr I'm listening to!!!! Everything what he is talking about works! Thank you Dr
You are very welcome and thank you for your support
Great video because I remember being told in primary school to drink 8 glasses of water a day. It helps with a lot of things including the skin. I began to show my age after a bout with dermatitis that lasted almost all of the last two years. Now it is just about completely over thank God. I had never had a skin problem before in my life and sleep was almost impossible for me. No one believed my age before that. In fact I lost my last primary care doctor because she thought I was lying about how old I was at the beginning of 2020. So I have gotten a new great and wonderful doctor now.
Thank you for sharing
eat plenty of vegetables, get a lot of exercise, moisturize you'll be good. Have a routine. Best thing and ONLY THING you need to do for good healthy skin.
Before watching ... I’m going to guess smiling more ... I will see if I’m right ☺️
You got it 🙏🙏🙏

Dr. RAJANI, I HONESTLY AT FIRST THOUGHT YOU WERE LIKE ALL THE OTHER "PERFECTION DOCS" THAT I USED TO FREQUENT WHEN I LIVED IN VEGAS AND PHOENIX. YOU KNOW THE ONES WHO NEVER FIND ANYTHING RIGHT WITH YOU AND YOU JUST KEEP THROWING ALL YOUR MONEY AT THEM FOR A COMPLIMENT.
IT IS SOOOOO REFRESHING TO FIND YOU AND THE MORE AND MORE I LISTEN TO YOU, I REALLY BELIEVE YOU CARE ABOUT OUR SKIN BUT ALSO US! I LIVE IN IDAHO NOW AND THINK OF I EVER GO BACK TO GET ANYTHING, I WILL MAKE THE DRIVE TO SEE YOU. HOPEFULLY, YOU HAVE ROOM! THANKS FOR YOUR VIDEOS!!
XXXOOO
Thanks for sharing your feedback and enjoying the vids. Idaho is wonderful

He has botox and fillers it s obvious in his face
Thank you so much! Reminders of drinking enough water so helpful - I have type1 diabetes, love coffee & exercise so I’m losing more hydration then I acknowledge sometimes!! Thx again for sharing your knowledge & passion for staying healthy!

You've mentioned the importance of Vit K-2 in the past, I thought it would make the list.
Thanks to your 5advices.
I watched almost of your youtube videos. I'm 64 from Korea and interested in anti-agiing skin. Your videos
are very helpful to me.
Thank you so much.
Wonderful! And I thank you for being here
Love your videos, I learn so much & truly appreciate the time you take to explain the data and science behind your skincare recommendations. And, you look like you are aging in reverse.. very impressive!
btw... i sleep with the lights on.. many actually... it doesn't matter.. if you sleep good you sleep good. bc its best to know how to sleep in any environment and get your body adaptable to sleeping in any type of environment so can sleep no problem. but yeah i dream well, I get deep sleep, it all depends on what you like.
I found you just a few months ago and I love your channel. Especially your enthusiasm and really wanting to help. You are awesome!!! thank you so much for all your info. By the way I've been on K2 and hit D3 with zinc and magnisum 14 years. I wish I could have started with you 10 years ago😘😘
Thanks for being here
How much zinc do you take? I take 5000iu D3 and 180 K2 a day.
Lots of water, sleep and healthy diet!
Thank God for my chocolate maienated skin, the face you see is 71 years old.
Yay more excuses to drink green tea and wine🤗. One thing i do to help preserve my skin is any creams or serums i put on my face, i use my pinkie(because its the weakest) and always move upward. I thinks it has helped stave off some wrinkles!🤗. God Bless.💖
Thank you

Most devices have a "Comfort View" option in the settings to eliminate the Blue Light. I have mine on full time and I wear Blue Light Blocker safety glasses at work.
Looking younger is genetics remembering my mom at 93 looks 60 very active resourceful no worries no bad habits ❤️🇸🇽🇺🇸
Not only 10yrs.younger but 20 😀
I would add breathing exercises like pranayama.
Agree
I wish we have you in india.u would become very famous here in a matter of days
Hey Doc, I use Tretinoin every night and Vitamin C, sun screen every day off the year. I take fish oil and a decent hair skin and nails. Need to get some green tea though! I drink loads of water too! Need to learn to meditate though too! Thanks Doc 😊
I just got both, do you know which one I put 1st?
I like his authenticity
🙏🙏
I started drinking iced green tea all day long recently, so that's a good start. I'm going to buy the brand you have linked from Amazon. It looks like a really good deal for quality green tea.
Beautiful video
Thank you
This was so informative Dr. not just in the way of a list of what should be in a routine...but so grateful for how comprehensive in all the details!
You are the absolute Best Dr. Rajani! Thanks for explaining things so well and showing us how to to be more beautiful, radiant and vibrant every day! Love you!
I appreciate you watching

Hi Dr.Rajani, I am new to ur channel but I vibe with it well. I love ur points and being that I am Ayurveda practitioner I love how u always stress the important is Natural remedies.
I am pitta so I use cooling things I pour 1.)Rose water in my ice tray and do a ice cube treatment. It helps reduce fat and reduce acne.
5.I use aloe vera at night
Thanks for your channels I love natural Doctors!
Excellent info and thanks for sharing
I make my own Retinol Serum (10%) and it's amazing! I have an excellent skin care routine which I learned about when I went to modeling school at the age of 15. As well, I saw a dermatologist in the 90s and I learned about fruit acid peels (glycolic acid). The peels really helped.
Love your videos!
Stay tuned for my upcoming info on glycolics. Very important
Plz tell me the products...m 30 onli n looking older 5 years...

Thanks so much. I enjoy visiting there
I love Jamaica!
Green tea, Pomagranate and CACAO are my favorite drinks.
Enjoy and stay well
I really enjoy watching your videos! I practice 90% of what you mentioned in the video. I especially live the scientific research that you give. You are a " Guru" in this field! Love what you do! Keep up the great work!
Thank you so much for your kindness
Thank you!
Can you use zinc oxide cream as SPF, if you are sensitive to sunscreens, even those designed for your face?
Thank you so much for sharing. I had been doing some and will do some of your recommendations. I am 58 now and I am usually mistaken in my 40s😊 I think it's the passion of religiously taking care of oneself that truly counts plus the ones that really work out. Thanks again!
You are so welcome!
My husband died from drinking gallons of water a day... It completely wiped out his electrolyte balance... He went into cardiac arrest 46 y.o. Non smoker, non drinker, and exercised regularly....😢 Coroner confirmed...
Too much of anything is always bad!😢
Remember Brooke Shields had a seizure because she was drinking too much Water?
For me 5 glasses a day plus a coffee or Tea is as much as I can drink?
Thank you for sharing such a sad report.
I’m so sorry. That’s way too young. 🙏
Thank you for the advice.
