If you're still using the Beta1 crank sensor that may be your problem. I seem to recall the Beta1 using a MAG crank sensor and the Beta2 using a Hall effect sensor. The Hall effect is supposed to be superior and Siemens refused to work with Hyundai if they continued to use the MAG sensor for the 02+ cars. Try a Beta2 crank sensor to see if that helps. Not sure about the camshaft sensor if that was also a MAG or Hall effect. (I'm a Delta expert, not a Beta expert... so research this one on your own.)
Timing looks good to me. I just did my timing belt and cam chain the other day. What about ur cams causing the fuel / timing issue ? Are they stock ? Worth swapping them out to test it ? Also do a cam and crank sensor swap
With the head studs, do u know much about the “Ajusa” ones being better than stock ? They’re on eBay but there was a site over there selling them as an upgrade for turbo beta’s.
hey PA tuners i have a question i have a 2004 Tiburon with the 4 cylinder and I'm doing some research on turboing it and I'm wondering if you have any experience with the mmi motorsports turbo kit im thinking of getting it and upgrading a few of the components as i go do you think this is a bad idea and just buy parts individually or how should i do that?

You should pull the crank sensor and check the timing wheel behind it , I recently had one shatter on me.
@@odinor9955 it’s all new build everything new. Unless your talking the used engine I check everything when I pull the oil pan
