Thank you for this! I did snatches today, and this warm really helped me get the most out of it. The repetitive motions really helped me hone in my positioning
Hey huge fan of your channel and all the info you provide for the lifting community! Wondering if you could make a short (or long) vid on programming Olympic lifting workouts. I’m personally just getting into Olympic lifts and really don’t know how to transition from a body builder style split into a more dedicated Olympic routine. Specifically I’m having trouble building my own program in a way that helps me learn the lifts without over doing things or feeling like I didn’t really get a workout in. Either way, thanks for all you do!
I have a question for you unrelated to this video. Is the touchdown squat that you promote as an antidote to knee pain your version of the Polliquin step-up? I see lots of RUclipsrs urging folks with knee pain to do Polliquin step-ups, but it always hurts my knees, whereas your TD squat doesn't. Thanks for all that you do!
I've watched many videos about the press from behind the neck. Many trainers do not recommend it as it exposes the body to serious shoulders injury. What are your thoughts on that? Besides, is it recommended to do the snatch warm up routine with bare feet?

I love it how he warms up using the parts of the exercise itself. Nothing prepares me for snatch more than snatch itself.
Snatching this morning and will add this to my warm up
Another blockbuster video from the master ! Thank you so much 💞💞
Am a beginner and new subscriber too. Thanks 😊 👉💪
Wonderful! Thank you for this. I’m waiting for my bar to be delivered, but I’ll definitely use this and a broomstick to learn and practice for now
