    This is why I always find myself staring at the sunset in the green field and just thinking how magnificent God created nature. The only way to truely live is to live in the present and be present, take each breath, each walk, each sip, each meal with the most sincere and you will feel gratitude and abundance.

    I have been practicing slow life for months, and this completely resonates with other parts of me: my pure love for nature, my deep desire to embrace silence, my anxiety when i am around the things that dont vibe with my soul… And today, having a bad night, i came across this video and somehow helped me to reconect with my truth and life. You were like a brother in the way. Thank you so much❤! Sometimes its so difficult to keep this lifestyle when everybody around is so contrary to it and still believe that success is elsewhere while they rush everything.

    I learned this much later in life. I'm 67 but I am 20 in my mind. I am not at the end of my life but at the beginning of living a life of amazing adventure and deep meaning. My wife and I are building a cabin in the mountains 750 miles from where we have lived for 45 years. The children are grown and doing really well so there is a sense of relief and joy in seeing that! The time for us as a couple is now. We are living a life of adventure and purpose. The only clock is the sun. The only deadline is dying and we have decided that no matter if we die we have lived an amazing life together and dying can not take that from us. Each day is a gift and we live it to the fullest. I live as if I will live for centuries. So much to do and accomplish still. I can rest when I'm gone. Eternity is a long time. The here and now is what matters. Don't waste any of it.

You should start reading it your life will become more purposeful and beautiful I can guarantee it. Guidance of God is most important for us humans. You should try once you will feel the difference.

    Slow living...l now see the "Wonder" . Get rid of inner conflicts...go in and met your shadow. Cause what we don't know about ourselves does hurt us badly. Then....an acceptance and nurture of self happens. A solitude needed (Wintering) and then the return. I don't aim for happiness, l breath and enjoy (inner meeting of that moment) the wonder of simplicity.

    How to find people with the same values, if even my relatives are trapped in consumerism? How to find peace and patience and understanding of their values to have a positive impact from meeting with them?

    • @SunnyKindJourney
      @SunnyKindJourney  2 месяца назад

      I have found people online and offline by just exposing myself to different communities and then being 100% me with my values. That way I attracted the right people toward me. Regarding the peace and patience, I always try to think that if they knew what you know, they would probably be living the same. But since they probably don't know about the benefits of all these things, they don't live like that. It's mainly about acceptance, leading by example and then education if you get the chance. Very overly simplified answer but hope it was at least a bit helpful

And I don't mean just jobs but lifestyles, rhythms, habits, etc. They all contribute to the overall well being a lot. Some people work a lot but feel peaceful because they can relax easily. Some people are unemployed but still tired all the time. So experiment and find out what works for you! 😊

    Think of when you were a kid. What did you like and dream of?
    What is socially acceptable (or even smart) may not be what makes one happy. And I am not saying you should become anti social or anything...just going off the beaten path is what I mean.
    Status is what ruins a lot for people yet almost everybody desires and strives for a certain status. Status requires other people to be around...so why not imaginairy ditch the people around you and go after that dream 😊

    Hi... I discovered your channel just right now. And I say I apologize because I don't speak English, but thank you for your video and for sharing your experience. Actually is really important to look inside ourselves and recognize who we are.
    I think that we need to live with purpose and peace... And the silence and the nature bring contentment.
    I live in a country with a lot of social inequality and poverty. There is a lot of exploration here. really getting attached only to the material side of things creates unhappiness. So, I think that happiness is empty when we live in a way that causes suffering to those close to us. So, living well is also looking at the world
