There are some videos of Astarion’s VA, Neil Newbon, playing BG3…and getting all blushy when Astarion hits on Tav. HE’S SO GOOD HE RIZZED HIMSELF. (Look up Astarbation to find it.)

I found it too late on my main run. You get it after a night or 2 of sleep after saying yes to his "another nibble" on the feeding dialog. I didnt know they added it, so I went with the approval line... I regret it now
@@ketnetty Yup, I did the same thing. I didn't even know that those options opened other scenes, since they were just there for fluff in the past. Good on Larian for surprising us, I guess. Now I know for my next playthrough. Thankie. :)

Tav must know he's a vampire, has previously let him feed from Tav, and I'm assuming must have decent reputation with Astarion -- a given if you don't screw things up after bite-night. I had no idea about this conversation and got this in the middle of the Goblin Camp :')
It's annoying that so many characters describe being bitten by a vampire as pleasurable, but the first time Astarion bites us, it's anything but. There's no follow-up where we learn to enjoy it, AFAIK. I can't tell whether we're supposed to understand that later bites are pleasant, or whether Astarion is so wrapped up in his own experience that he doesn't know we don't enjoy it. Either way, it's hard for me to envision later bites as pleasurable because the game was so clear about the first bite.
I think it IS pleasurable actually - only the exact bite is not - our "Tav" is even saying that its becoming a numb feeling which eventually becomes more pleasurable as he is sucking our neck - only downside is if you enjoy it too long you die :'D
If you let Astarion bite you and don't reprimand him about it later, or let him feed in you multiple times, it is implied that your Tav has a kink about it or at least enjoys it very much. Whether Tav enjoys it or not depends more on your dialogue choices that textual affirmation from the narrator.
Sad I can't do this because I accidently locked it. I had his romance and bite scene consecutively sad... and i had the romance scene after defeating the Gur
its written in the description, after letting him bite u + having a dialopge with him who would you taste if u could - but i think in general if after long rest u offer him he can feed on u tonight, i think it will trigger
Let him bite you when he tries to sneak up on you, the next day or so you should be able to offer to let him bite you again. The first time you make the offer to him he will say this. You might also need good approval.

Astarion is so sussy - I really hated him cause he pulled a knife on me but he kind of grows on you with his sassy queen behavior and charisma.
You're probably more well-adjusted than I am because him pulling the knife on me is the exact thing that made me fall in love immediately.
