Stockings are such fun! They're a big deal in our family tradition & I love how you make sure they're a big deal in yours too. However, you go to a lot more work than we do. At our house, EVERYTHING from Santa is unwrapped but the gifts we give each other are wrapped. Santa lays all the large gifts that don't fit in the stockings on the floor near the tree, puts the stuffed stockings on top & then sprinkles candy all over everything. We're all adults now but keeping the tradition alive - yippee!
You're so sweet :-) I didn't grow up with a stocking tradition, we adopted it and took it home after living in the US. It's fun with all those smaller gifts!
I have ones from PB but we generally don't hang the stockings on them once they are full to avoid accident. In my family stockings get filled on Christmas Eve when (most) everyone's asleep

The bag light is genius..I'll have to get one for myself. I love EOS lip balms...the pomegranate flavor takes getting used to..I like the strawberry flavor much better.
Hi Jen, I would like to mention that you are the living proof that is not true when they say that money makes someone bad. I believe that money makes you more what you truly are now. So if you are loving and giving person you can do more with money and visa versa.
My 2 favorite products at the end of the video were the tumbler with straw and the vegan brushes from Sigma. I am a vegetarian myself in transition to vegan. I have honestly never used any make-up/blush brush in my entire life but this travel set you linked is really amazing and it makes a gorgeous offer for any of us who appreciate vegan products. I have also never had a tumbler nor infused socks nor bubble baths nor magnetic bag lights and no terry bag, but anyway I adore your videos so much!!
Great ideas, Jen! Looking forward to the men's stocking ideas since I have 3 teenage boys and a husband. I usually put a magazine in each of their stockings along with an iTunes gift card, gloves, and candy. I could definitely use some inspiration!

I've been working away on purchasing this and that for the family stockings as well. I've purchased everyone's favourite holiday nuts (pistachio's, beer, cashew, etc) to place one in each persons, festive chocolates, the lindt bonbon chocolates, gourmet popcorn, gift vouchers for various specific stores, Christmas scratchies (scratch offs?) for the adults to enjoy, and then specific items for each person. The children have a whole other set of goodies... too long for this comment :) x
Every year I put Chapstick, lifesavers "books" and a few lottery cards in my husband's stocking, it's sort of become our tradition. My kids get small things like candy, lip balm, Itunes gift cards.

I don't think a lot of people do it the way I do...but I really love the whole stockings thing so that's why I do it!
Candy canes are always included on mine too...I never knew about the orange tradition until my first Christmas with Don when he put one in mine!

Each member of my family has a stocking. I store them during the year & pull them out at Christmas.

I do stocking for the Ross side...for my side my parents also fill stockings, but we do Christmas Eve at my house & Christmas night at theirs.
I think of them as gifts & have a general budget per person I try to stay within for total purchases including stockings

Coincidentally, C.O. Bigelow is my favorite year round. I use both the tinted and the untinted. It is the best!!!
