    INGREDIENTS:
    Seer fish slices- 500gms
    Corn Flour-2Tbsp
    Kashmiri chilli-2Tbsp
    Turmeric powder-1tsp
    Coriander powder-1Tbsp
    Cumin powder-1/2Tbsp
    Garam masala-1/2Tbsp
    Pepper powder-1/2tsp
    Salt
    Ginger garlic paste -2Tbsp
    Lemon juice-1/2 lemon
    Water-3Tbsp
    Oil-2 drops & to shallow fry
    DIRECTIONS:
    1. Clean and wash the fish slices
    2. Mix all the other ingredients and make a paste
    2. Rub the spice paste over the fish slices evenly
    3. Marinate for atleast half an hour
    4. Heat up a pan on medium high flame, add enough oil to shallow fry
    5. Once the oil is hot enough add the fish slices
    6. Cook on medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes on each side
    7. Be gentle and use a wide spatula when flipping and taking the fish off the pan as the cooked fish pieces would be delicate and break off easily
    8. Once fried transfer it to a plate
    9. Garnish with fried curry leaves and garlic
    Accompaniments: Rice, Rasam, Omelette
