    What surprised you the most about my experiment? Or have you seen the same results?
    I've also experimented with Berberine, you can find that video here:ruclips.net/video/l5P3DKJZWUs/видео.html

      Great video, it’s my first night and my sugars are plummeting already. Will be adding to my daily routine. Regarding breakfast, I think your test was flawed - If it’s to work on delayed gastric emptying surely you would need to ingest before breakfast. I think you should repeat the experiment!

    So grateful that you mentioned apple cider vinegar can be detrimental to those with low potassium. Before I knew that I had periodic paralysis, which affects the way potassium shifts in the body, I was drinking apple cider vinegar in the hopes of relief for constipation. I was so confused when it made my constipation and other symptoms worse. In hindsight, it makes sense because apple cider vinegar lowers potassium in the body.
    Thank you for posting your videos! The periodic paralysis community often needs to mind their blood sugar as folks with diabetes do, so I’m educating myself before seeing an endocrinologist about the possibility of glucose monitoring.

    awesome video, but you should really switch to Fairchild. Braggs apple cider vinegar was bought out by Katy Perry and her husband and one of the first things they did was change the manufacturing process and remove the majority of the mother from the apple cider, a better product would be Fairchild as they retain the mother compared to Braggs apple cider vinegar

    As a physician -Gastroenterologist who has been a type 1 diabetic for 26 years, I have a number of concerns. I see quite a number of my diabetic gastroperesis . Apple cider vintages causes a marked worsening in reflux, and even worse, causes significant worsening of there gastroparesis. Not everyone can keep there A1Cs in the proper range, and gastroparesis is much more common than you would think .

    I'm a T2 and I'll try it at night due to I have the dawn effect. I control my diabetes with diet and while the morning numbers aren't what they used to be the afternoon numbers are quite good in comparison. Morning can be between 130 & 145 with afternoon 108 & 125; not perfect in any way, but thank God I don't hypo at this time. The lowest I've gone is with a 36 hour fast and the low was 96. Best and thank you for the tip.

    An interesting data point might include testing with water only at night, to confirm your hypothesis that the change in the dawning effect is in response to increased hydration, and not due to the ACV inclusion.
    Fascinating results, regardless, I may try the same "study" on myself. Anecdotes can add up to evidence, eventually, I suppose.

    Another super video by a super young lady. Thanks for your interest in helping others. That makes you beautiful in my book! Apple Cider vinegar IS available in pill form. Sure using a pill deprives one of the “flavor” option, and the need to dilute and rinse post ingestion, but.....
    In a way, adding the extra water IS the natural way to control diabetes. Your body tries to flush out excess sugar in the urine. So much for the “natural” solution always being the best.
    Keep the the good work. Love your videos!

      @@kahinaharrache5026- The two diseases/conditions should not share any part of the same name - they are TOTALLY different disease processes. I mean, yes, they both have an impact on blood glucose (and high blood glucose will cause a vast array of body system damage in people with either disease), but the similarities end there. Having both diseases called ‘diabetes’ is incredibly confusing for the general public. In my opinion, T1D should continue to be called ‘diabetes’, while T2D should only be referred to as ‘insulin resistance’ or ‘metabolic syndrome’ (the scientific community should pick one and stick with it). It might take a full generation to get it fully sorted, but I believe it would be immensely beneficial to eliminate the confusion around these vastly different diseases.

    • @madeleinerose7090
      @madeleinerose7090 Месяц назад +2

      @kahinaharrache5026 - Another note: T2D sufferers do not ‘get’ the disease from ‘too much sugar’, either. [That sounds rather like victim blaming…] Plenty of people are able to gorge on carbs their whole lives and never have any trouble with their blood glucose or insulin resistance, which suggests a genetic (or other environmental?) component. We don’t win some sort of superiority prize for having T1D; it’s not a competition.
