- Big-time performances from Aliyah Boston (17 PTS, 8 REB, 4 AST) and Caitlin Clark (15 PTS, 12 AST, 9 REB) propelled us to a comeback win in the desert.

I watched the game om TV just because of CC. She’s is an inspiration to watch. The way she passes the ball is incredible.

Clark responsible for that 20 pt run that vanished phoenix 15 point lead, assisting or scoring. She pretty much contributed 44 pts out of 88 by Fever. All the while suffering from migraines all day. If her teammates caught some of her earlier passes would have been 20 assist easily. They’re jelling and adjusting to her passes now and what a result. Nothing short of a miracle in that come back win against a team with 3 Olympic bound players.
Mitchell had some clutch shots.
Yeah.. Great Shooter.. but her playstyle kinda reminds me of Michael "Never Swing the Rock / The possession ends here" Porter Jr. of the Denver Nuggets. to be fair, haven't watch enough games.
This game was the true definition of a ROLLER COASTER. This was a big win. Lets go Fever! 🔥
Fever were against all odds to win this game. And they were not just playing against Mercury, they were also playing against those bad refs. Way to go Fever!!!

2 and 10 for the first 12; now 6 and 2 for the last 8 with a Big Win against the Mercury. That's major progress, and great for their confidence. Tough schedule ahead before the Olympic break. Then the team has a great opportunity to practice and get better. At this point, I believe they will make the playoffs, which is major improvement.

@joshua copper actually locked cc down if you watched the game…only time cc could do anything was when the other girls would d her…cc played horrible pasta night poor shooting and 6 turnovers…stop eating in the comments

I was at this game. You would've thought Fever was the home team. In the final seconds of the game, the crowd was cheering because the Fevers were winning. It was the wildest thing. I've never heard a home crowd cheer because the opposing team was winning.

There was still a couple of times where Wheeler didn't pass the ball to Clark when she got open off pen downs. And Mitchell still not making the extra pass to Clark. That little selfishness they're hanging on to is keeping them from being the team they could be.
One of the best team wins this season so far. I love how AB got under BG’s skin. Keep it up AB! NS needs to keep working on her 3pt game bc CC always finds her open but it has only really been this game that she’s made them. Kelsey woke up and the half and decided to take over!! I loved seeing Temi and Erica get spicy! So good to have Temi back

Caitlin just beat 3 olympians as a rookie. but for some reason she's not qualified for the usa team. CC is a TRUE TEAM LEADER " Love ALL those Assist ".. Also Caitlin now leads the WNBA in Assist with ( 138 ) and Also leads in 3 pointers made ( 56 ) .
She should have had more, Boston missed three right at the rim on passes from Clark.

Mitchell ain't no joke. I griped about the multicolored balls at first, but seeing the ball rotation off of these players hands is interesting.

Caitlin and the fever battled throughout the game. Very exciting and competitive. It felt like I was watching a game during March Madness in College. I never really watched WNBA games. However, I have been watching their entire games only when Caitlin is playing. Other then that, not interested. The Mercury team came out all barking and starting scuffles with Fever players. You have this (Caitlin) sweet innocent looking girl next door look balling and delivering beautiful passes to get her teammates involved. Fever team beat the masculine Mercury men, I mean women, with skills along with women appeal.
@randywar888 I was gliding along with you til you started making fun of Phoenix players looks & charisma. I had to go back & un-thumbs-up you. 2024 lady or mister. Not acceptable to be that way. Ask your kids & grandkids. They'll tell you what's what.
Actually much more entertaining than NBA games. Some compare CC to Curry, but her overall game much more like Larry Bird.

It was for Caitlin Clark. 80% of the fans in that game are CC fans, and they were there to watch CC. CC almost delivered a triple double. Unbelievable performance.
Forget about the fact that it was women's basketball, forget about the fact that it was in a league that still hemorrhages money. This was a TERRIFIC sporting event from start to finish, enormously competitive by both teams, relentless, hard fought, with an electrified crowd. I haven't seen a better basketball game in years. I'm sold!

Until stumbling over a news item, I had less than no interest in women's basketball, at any level.

One Second of seeing CC-22 impersonating Stephen Curry hooked me! The second second and I realized Caitlin Clark wasn't copying anybody!

Because what I know is based on clips showing her shooting half-court 3-pointers and making magical passes, reminiscent of Magic Johnson to Kareem when everyone in the stadium and home in front of their television KNEW the Sky-Hook was coming and nobody could stop it, I see patterns where the playing style of CC-22 is changing the team. Boston figured out that all she has to do is get below the basket, stick out a mitt and the basketball would appear in it.

Anyway, I think she is playing perfectly, playing her game and letting the team adjust to things like having a pass actually come to them, and supporting each others play. I think I see a team in name becoming a team in practice.
When you've got a center who's 6'9", how can you lose in the WNBA?

Good win. Like Smith a lot and she will get even better. Mitchell's lack of rebounding and assist is a monster problem --- plus she cannot see CC!!!! Samuelson needs to make more buckets. Use the speed more on the breaks. As the Chicago writer said, "CC is by far the best player on the team -- but some of her teammates are still learning that truth." She is the best passer in the WNBA. Sorry, but I think CC knows more about basketbal than the coach. CC needs the ball in her hands at all crucial times -- like end of periods. To take the ball out of the hands of the best scorer in history is dumb as hell. Sorry. That Stanford girl is a shooter -- let her shoot. They are still learning to play with CC -- who is ahead to most of them in the game.
Don't shoot the coach -- it takes time, but they do need a new coach. People come to see Clark shoot the long three. All of the WNBA players should be kissing Clark's feet for what she had sone for them all. Keep it going Fever.
Well done by Indiana Fever, with the comeback victory! In spite of being hindered and plagued with having the worst, most lousyest coach in the whole Wnba's league, they still managed to pull it off!
Had they not lost to Chicago, this would've been their 6th straight win. That loss shouldn't have happened. It was a coaching problem. There, I said it.
