Kate's underestimating herself. I started watching college basketball for Clark, and wound up having Kate be one of my favorite players. She's always putting in work and her temperament is great. I'm sure playing with Caitlin didn't hurt (lol), but I'm also sure that not all of her fans are there because of Caitlin.

I am going to see Kate play twice in September. Caitlin too, three Hawkeyes on the floor at once? It is heaven.
Kate, Caitlin, Aliyah all handle media interviews really well. I am rooting for the Aces as long as they are not playing the Fever. I enjoyed watching the Iowa Hawkeye's Basketball Team for the last two years. Kate Martin does not give herself enough credit at times, but she is really good at helping her teammates get the ball when she is on the court. Kate Martin will be a star in the WNBA at some point. These Iowa girls are just so humble, kind, sweet, determined, hard working, and I hope both Kate and Caitlin get to go back home over the Olympic break and enjoy being with their familes and friends. I am a fan of Kate Martin and Caitlin Clark. I joked in our group that I am a Clarktini.

Okay I'm BIAS for CC & Kate. My Grandmother/Grandfather and Mom were all born and raised in Iowa and since my grandmother had 6 sister's I still have a lot of family living there. My Mom spent her Freshman & Sophomore year at University of Iowa before she moved out to California with my grandparents. I was born in California, but have become a fan of CC & Kate. My Dad was born and raised in Indiana and was a FANATIC Indiana Hoosiers supporter! So now I'm a Fever Fan along with all my relatives in Indiana. Sorry Kate! LOL
