I cannot afford a vision pro. But i have upgraded myself from watching vision pro unboxing videos to watching what accessories to buy.
The travel case looks like something astronauts would use in space.

if the bands that hold it are soft, why isn't it literally half the size? I'm thinking Apple wants other companies to make actually practical ones.

You might want to mention that the Apple Website lies about the case. It says it has custom compartments for the Zeiss inserts and no compartment exists

Have you tried to cold swap the batteries over using the sim eject tool, without swapping out the cable going to the Vision Pro?

How are you supposed to plug it into the wall for “all day battery life”
I know you linked it to your touchpad, but for those that don’t I’m thinking arm, fatigue, shoulder stress or back stress will be some of the multiple hour use issues; as most of us control devices from table tops or laps as it were. At least if you are shuffling screens around a lot. For those that are active and fit this may not be even the slightest concern. Nice review of these items.

Thanks Aaron for the solid review and information. Of course, for $3500 all these accessories should be included - if this platform is not successful (like the Homepod, for example) I think we can identify Apple greed as one possible reason.
Tried several cases, found that Apple Case have the best protection to vision pro.
Because the soft thing outside could decrease the drop force if you accidentally drop IT. SMART design I say. For other cases, you don't have anything which can slow down the impact to the main body of VP.

I both want and don't want Vision Pro to come to Canada soon. I love tech but I just know this is going to be triple the price here in Canada when converting to CAD.
Keep in mind that the travel case counts as a carry on when you travel. Beware, you might have to checkin some bags.

No, the port can only receive battery, but not charing another devices through the port.
Terrible battery capacity. I can only assume that there won’t be third-party battery packs with twice the mAh capacity because of the proprietary LIGHTNING (!) connector?

I’m a lover of evolving technology even though I’m in my senior years! However, given the utterly ridiculous price for the new Vision Pro I will not be buying one. I live in Canada and the price here would be in the $4,700.00 range. Although, it’s not yet available here. In addition, i have watched many RUclips reviews and there are far too many cons to owning the Vision Pro!

I want simple and comfortable, I don't need to be

Why not focus on making the iPhones truly user friendly and adjustable?

causing terrible damage to people because of their isolation from the world.
