  • We don't drive the way we learn how to in driving school in Malaysia. This conflict can cause an accident. I'm showing you how we actually drive in Malaysia. Some rules have to be bent. The idea is for us all to be safe on the road here.
Do not stop on stop signs unless you see another car coming.
Do not stop at pedestrian crossing, they cross anywhere anyways.
Do not stop going into a roundabout but yield to traffic to your right.
sounds dangerous but thats how we roll.
Please visit road safety research site www.miros.gov.m...
And this is a video explaining why some countries drive on the left, while others on the right

GREAT video! Terimah kasih! One thing I would add for anyone else warching this, is that when you are merging or "suffling" with other cars, you can't be afraid to force your way in. People expect you to, or they won't make space, most of the time.

The local drivers don’t indicate left or right when they are driving. Even they drive on the highway! It’s dangerous for others who follow the rules.

hai joetosan this is a brilliant video for a newbie. i assumed you are a newbie since you said you only recently purchased this DVR.
i thought your video quality is much better than mine, even though i am still contemplating to get a better model soon.
allright, this is a good attempt. i just would like to suggest if you want to highlight on something, you need to type it occasionally because not everyone can or want to listen to the audio or music. sometimes the message from very few words appeared on the screen give better impact.
i like your effort and i hope we can educate and get more people, including me and you, to make our roads safer.

Beautiful country! Well, the traffic rules seem to be just like the ones in Russia, with only one difference. We drive on the right side. The rest is totally similar

joetosan yeah) And your roads are of much better quality) We have a byword which says: There are too grives in Russia: fools and roads. And unfortunately, it's true..

In Malaysia, if u see people cross the street without follow the proper way... they actually are foreigners... because they dont follow our rules. mostly foreign wear likes 80s fashion...
