In modern Hyundais, such as Hyundai 1.6 CRDI Hatchback 2018 you don´t need to do this process, when the soot mass reaches 16 grams the process start´s automatically, evan in low speed/rotation, all you have to do is to circulate and not turn off the car.
If I may, in the 1,4 models , the regen starts without any indicators in the mill whatsoever.You just feel a loss in power and the instant power consumption goes up.You get alternative regeneration cyles (one that lasts about 5 - 6 kms and one that will take between 12 and 20 km.
@@Tranced24 About the 1.4 model i don´t have information, my car is a Hyundai 1.6 CRDI Hatchback 2018 and it doesn´t give any signs when the regeneration beguins or ends, the only way that i have to control the process is to have a diagnose tool connected to the car, with that i always know when it starts and when it ends and also i know that driving in high speed and rotation it´s useless for the process
salut George, am dat filtru DPF jos, lam spalat la un centru special, avea o valoare de 47 cenusa in aparatul de curatat, l am montat ieri, si tot isi face regenereri dese, nu am cod de eroare, iam dat regenerare fortata azi , si cand mai avea un pic sa termine, app 3 grame de cenusa, a dat fault, sa redus motorul la relanti, nu stiu ce sa ii mai fac
No, it will not do a regen like that, if you driving on the motorway at 2000 rpm for 30-50 min it will do a regen (if you have more than a 1/4 of a tank of fuel and no faults)
@@GicaPhp Do all machines that can do forced regen do it while the vehicle is stationary? Or does it depend on make and model of the vehicle as I'm aware some machines require the vehicle to be driven on a forced regen.
Thank you for your reply. I wonder if you remember the values dpf differential pressure sensor reads when idling after regenerating. Mine usually nigative mbar value around -5.7mbar at idle and not sure if this is normal. Thanks!
@@rigorsaif8973 with ignition on, I would expect to have 0mbar (or atmospheric pressure). When idle no more the 5 mbar, and at about 2500 rpm no more that 25mbar. Try telling the ecm you have replaced the dpf filter and do another regen.
Salut , am o problema similara , dpf nou, turbo nou, egr nou , admisie noua , se incarca foarte repede filtrul de particule , la 200 de km ,incepe regenerarea , i am pus si 4 injectoare reconditionate ca alea vechi toate injectau prea mult , e vreo solutie la asta ? La relanti dupa regenerare citeste -7 mbar
Cateva intrebari si sugestii: 1. a fost masina remapata? 2. compara live data (dpf pressure sensor) cu un indicator analog pus in paralel si vezi daca corespund valorile 3. dupa ce ai schimbat toate cele, ai spus lui ecu ca-s inlocuite cu unele noi? 4. bujiile incandescente, functioneaza corect? pentru ca nu iti dau eroare per bujie. 5. ce fel de drumuri faci? 6. recomand un coolant dye, sa pui in antigel si sa vezi daca nu cumva ajunge antigel in evacuare/dpf 7. cum arata fagurii la dpf, inainte si dupa, poate poti baga un endoscop sa vedem cum arata si daca e patat inseamna ca ai antigel sau ulei care ajunge in esapament si nu ar trebui
As long as dpf regen condition are met, the car will regen. No fault codes, more than a 1/4 of fuel in the tank, fluid levels good, engine at opearting temp
