  • There´s no other way to make it better than using this quick and easiest recipe both for personal consumption or for business
    Taste super delicious all ingredients were in moderation.
    RECIPE :..........
    Flour 256g + 4 Tbsp
    Sugar 2 1/2 Tbsp
    Salt 1/4 tsp
    Baking powder 1 tsp
    Nutmeg powder 1/2 tsp
    Melted Butter 30g
    Powdered milk 2 Tbsp
    Water 135ml
    1 raw egg beaten
    5 cooked eggs
    PREPARATION::::::::::::::::::::::::::
    In a bowl, add four, sugar, salt, baking powder, nutmeg powder, dry milk and salt, whisk all dried ingredients together
    Add 1 raw beaten egg, melted butter and water, mix well to combine,
    Cover and set aside for 10 minutes
    Boil 5 raw eggs in a pot for 10 minutes, after this time, remove and transfer to cold water, crack the shells and leave it in water for 2 minutes for easier eggshell removal
    Peel the shells and damp with kitchen paper to dry off the water and set aside.
    10 minutes later, dust work surface and transfer dough to it, knead for a few minutes and cut into 5 parts
    Get a section of the cut dough, spread in your palm and place egg at the middle, fold and close it, twist and cut off excess
    Fry in a medium to low heat deep vegetable oil, occasionally flip it to cook evenly, scoop out into a kitchen paper when it turns golden brown.
    Serve and enjoy your egg roll snack.
