Accuracy, concentration and slowness - it's nice to look at such work. The workshop is very specific, but the air is always clean. Good job!

Planer snipe is always a pain, right.
    Edit: Okay,
Firstly, Dewalt has proper long lasting TC router bits with bearing on top of the blade.
Secondly, have your local CNC machinist/laser cutter pilot to make your jig frames.
I designed my own router jig frames in Solidworks and delivered those as clean .DXF images.
My largest router jig for furniture (sofa frame installation) making is 783mm by 1952mm with 21 cuts I can place on top of a MDF sheet. This jig was custom made by a laser cutter pilot out of 2mm thick sheet steel. Also, I have smaller accurate jigs I designed made by the same professional into 7 deg, 15 deg, 22,5 deg, 45 deg, 60 deg and 90 deg by folding steel in a brake press.
Thirdly, you should Really take a good look at Mafell P1cc and it's very unique properties and original blade selection. I have one, and it is genuinely The Best jigsaw out there.
    Greetings from Finland! :)
