We will be in Alberobello, yes hard to say, next month and are really looking forward to it. We will be in the Puglia region for almost three weeks and can't wait. Your videos have been great in highlighting some really nice places to visit. Keep up the great work with your VLOGs.
Lecce-Gallipoli-Monopoli-Polignano a Mare-Fasano-Ostuni-Brindisi is my favourite triangle in puglia. Beautiful beaches, great food and drinks all provided by people that know how to live very close to heaven, while still connected to their home soil. Please remember that summer-life there begins "at dusk" and summer-work starts long before dawn.
That sounds like a beautiful route! We can't wait to return to Puglia to explore more and soak up the culture. The month we had in Italy flew by! 👍 -Howard
Oh how exciting! It's such a beautiful area, we hope you have a wonderful time. What a great place to celebrate your birthday and ring in the new year! So glad you found us too!
In Italian it is Buon Appetito. I learned that from Sara and Luca in Leave Everything And Wander channel. They traveled from Alaska to the southern tip of South America. Now they are traveling Italy. They live near/from Turin, Italy I think.
I would've gotten lost immediately in that white city. 🤣🤣 The trullo you stayed in was amazing and the city was beautiful too. Thanks for taking us along. ❤ -Troy & Aimee
This is so incredible. Glad you had time to walk around and really get the feel of the area. Staying in a trulli truly was the icing on the cake I am sure. Thanks for taking me there. 💖 🤩 🇳🇿 🙋♀️ 🇳🇱
Hi there -- you said you were there in October, and I was curious how the weather was? I'll be there this October, right in the middle of the month -- any travel tips for weather this time of the year in Puglia? Thanks so much!
We’ve really been enjoying this Italy series, I (Eric) speak Italian so it’s been on my bucket list for a while now. Loved the puzzled look on Howard’s face looking down at his google map! 😂 Loved to see the attention to detail ( getting dressed up for the thumbnail) 👌 Katelyn was really enjoying Howard’s fumbling of the word “Alberobello” 😂 ( great job with keeping that in) See you in the next one guys! Anne and Eric 😎🎬🎥👍
Ostuni is very beautiful, but you have to mind the time of travel. It is very crowded and accomodation is relatively expensive in july and august. But if you want to experience how Italians spend their summer vacation august is the time to be there. There are a lot of masserias, private trulli and swimming pool villas available around Ostuni.

It helps to learn a little of the language. (I use Duolingo.) “Ape” (pronounced A-pay with the stress on the first syllable A) means “bee” in Italian, and is so named because of its buzzing sound. Albero (again will the stress on the A) means tree, and bello means beautiful. Not sure why the place is called “Beautiful tree” unless there is another meaning. Thanks for useful video.
Joyce, glad you found this episode useful and we encourage you to check out the rest of our Italy series. We also use Duolingo, but that certainly doesn't help me when getting tongue tied on the name of this beautiful town. 🤣 Thanks for watching. 👍 -Howard
Hi Susan! Of course, it's in the description of the video but here you go ☺️ www.airbnb.com/rooms/39580707?guests=1&adults=1&s=67&unique_share_id=8851ec5f-40d8-466d-a6ce-4df0dfb65d1e
Absolutely beautiful white walled city. I loved the Trullo you stayed at. How fun.
This is reminding me of Taxco, Mexico, where I spent so many wonderful summers, few flat areas, narrow streets, up and down. Sigh.
Unique and beautiful town! Two brothers and one woman didn’t work out? 🤣🤣🤣 Thanks for sharing with us. 🍷
Amazing architecture! What a beautiful place 😍 Great video and good idea to change that white shirt before eating! Mangiamo = let's eat. 🍛😋
Nicely done thanks
That airbnb beyond cool.

That walled city - white city of Ostuni - made me think of the city of Tashban in The Chronicles of Narnia The Horse and His Boy.

Those little cars are Piaggio Ape or also known as the VespaCar. It's pronounced AH-PAY Great video and thanks for sharing your adventure!
Ahh thank you! 😅 That pronunciation makes much more sense. Thanks so much for watching, glad you enjoyed it! 🥰

Such a unique area!
I’d ruin a white shirt in 10 seconds 😂. If I walked by a pasta sauce it would spell doom 👍🏼
SAME!! I get food on me just by looking at it! 😂 He was playing with fire.

Alberobello doesn't look real, lol.
