Post-World War 2 Europe was difficult. Ireland had famines ... literally starvation. The famine walk in Ireland is not forgotten. In Italy, there is a sense of drama in some areas that other countries hide.
I thought this town seemed familiar after watching your video. It turns out that the car chase scenes in the latest James Bond movie were filmed in the Matera area.
