A big marble races championship: Five races, 10 colors. The track for this race includes fun firsts like a loop and a tunnel! The tunnel isn't really significant for the race in that marbles can't overtake in the tunnel, but it looks pretty so it's in the race. :)

Clarification: This marble race is an animation. No points for spotting that it is an animation. Created by me in Blender with love, using the built in simulated physics in Blender. I don't control the outcomes of my marble races. I build the tracks, I set the marbles and I let them go! Whoever gets to the bottom first is the winner! :)

As before, if you see any obvious mistakes in the animation I'd love to hear from you. Aeronauts will notice the glaring issue with the plane! I noticed it too late. Next time it will have all the necessary control surfaces.

Yeah, trying to come up with fun new track sections for each new race. Sometimes several new track sections! :) In this one there were some ideas that I want to explore further in future races, like the loop and the tunnel. Variations of those ideas coming in the next race.

Many thanks for the ideas. I thought about showing the process, but I still have so much to learn. I don't want to show everyone the wrong way to do 3D modelling! Much better if you learn stuff from experts, which I am not. Maybe a few years into the future. :)
