Yeah we had quite a few marbles going their own way in this race, especially at the loop and at the ramp just after the loop. I'm in two minds about it. I could fix the tracks so that no marbles fall off, but I kind of like that it is not certain that every marble will be able to reach the finish line.

Yeah, and blue and black got a big advantage from that, ultimately finishing first and second partially thanks to that early lead and having an extra ball in the race. I figured if blue and black want to work that hard for the win then good for them. It's not cheating, it's giving it all they've got. :)

Yeah this race was the start of an unlucky run for red. It went 13 races without a top 3 finish.

It takes about two days to build the track, two days to run and film the races, two days for editing, adding music etc. I don't have videos showing the process - I am still fairly new to Blender and probably doing 100 things the wrong way so I don't want to share that. I will at some point in the future when my Blender skills have improved. :)

Yes, well spotted. 👍 We had some lane jumping on this track. Also red and turquoise marbles on the white track. It is difficult to keep everyone in their lanes through a loop and very difficult with a double loop.

@@moreballs I don't think it was on the loops. Edit: Can confirm. It was on the jump after the loops. Also spotted the one you mentioned, and I have no clue how Red pulled it off.

@@moreballs Also, Race 2: Blue on black AND black on Turquoise after the loops. Yes, I'm reviewing the footage.

@@darianleyer5777 You're right. I thought about making the lane walls higher in the loops to keep everyone in their lanes, but higher walls spoil the viewing somewhat. It's a trade-off. We could add invisible walls there, but they are tricky because they can make the ball movement appear glitchy. Maybe glass walls, but we're already pushing the limits of my animation know-how here. I'm still fairly new to all this. Review away! I love feedback like this. 👌
