आपने अच्छेसे guide किया है l मैने खुद MPSC की class one officer की posting गलत area मे आनेकी वजहसे छोड दी है l मेरे पापा govt servent थे l उन्होंने बोला की, जब तुम्हारी बच्ची बडी हो जायेगी तब तुमको दूर दूर की posting मिलेगी तो education का problem हो जायेगा l मेरे husband private मे है l open category मे होने के वजहसे बच्ची को अच्छेसे तयारी करना भी जरुरी लगा, इसलिये मैने मेरा private job मुंबईने continue रखा l हम तीनों हमेशा साथ रहे l थोडा पैसा कम है, पर सुगून है की, हम साथ है l मेरी MPSC की job 2003 मे लगी थी, तब तो पेन्शन योजना शुरू थी l मर मर के पेन्शन के लिये इधर उधर भाग के आजका जीवन नरक करने से अच्छा है की, आप थोडे खर्चे कम करके,retirement की planning करो l जिनेके लिये जादा पैसा नही लगता l priorities decide करनी पडती है l At the end of the day, अच्छी निंद आना भी जरुरी है l Thanks guruji 🙏

I started my government job in 2012 as a Deputy Tehsildar (Class 3) in Gujarat. I belong to the unreserved category. I cleared the GPSC exam again in 2017 and am now in a Class 1 position. Not all government jobs are the same. In a secretariat job, you can enjoy living in a big city with no transfers. My starting salary was ₹10,000, and now it has increased to ₹90,000. So far, my experience has been good. However, the only downside is the frequent transfers.

Bank job is really really tough for creamy layers like us. After 12 years of hard work, I personally realized that it's not worth it for privileged class. For others it may be okay but for us it's utter difficult. I am in same vein with Guruji.

Govt should bring the soecial VRS scheme for those who have completed at least 10 years of service. The additional incentive should be 12 months basic pay. Those who want to get out would get some funds to start some new activities. This will also generate employment every year. This will also help in right sizing of bureaucracy. Win win situation for both Govt and the employees who r fed up with naukri.

When I used to go to work in Sydney I used four modes of transport everyday. First catch the morning train. Then transfer to the harbour ferry at Circular Quay. Then catch a bus from the ferry dock to the Zoo entrance. From the Zoo entrance take the overhead cable car to the interior of the zoo where I used to work.
Coal India is best example for this video. Because Many of my friends who cleared GATE exam got Coal India PSU. All are mostly or likely upset because obviously coal mines are situated in jungles and super remote area where no railway or air connectivity with no nearby any medium city with malls, theatre etc to enjoy. Since its PSU so everybody salary is very high 80k or more but where they spend that money in jungle/ remote area also suppose someone who growing up in tier1 or 2 or may be tier3 city all this initial 25 year's and now get job in super remote area coal mines imagine how terrible it was. if u look India map mostly coal mines are situated in CG, Odhissa, Jharkhand, West bengal etc means east India side. Now these states are still not up to the mark as compared to north Indian like Rajasthan, MP, Gujarat etc north Indian have much better lifestyle infrastructure as compare to east. So if someone from north doing in east side super remote we will more or later definitely going to upset because there is no chance to happy because the local people are below your standards, poor quality of living, poor food, lack of hygiene, lack of education, lights, etc etc. Now if u have that much salary but what you do with high amount salary in account where u dont find like minded people to explore spend , eat, enjoy etc. That's according to me. Every word saying by guruji is true andI agreed because i am able to relate. Also fun fact. If there is satisfaction in remote area or jungles why still many people who joined so called prestigious PSU like coal india will leave within 3-5 years, i know my friends who go there all are again preparing for again RBI,MBA,Planning to MS abroad etc etc.🎉

It's better to stay away from your home district and do job in nearby district for your home state rather than doing job 800 km away from home town. Now infrastructure of India is also improved alot. So it's not that much tough to travel within the state.

How much every you try only 5-10 percent of applicants will get sarkari Naukri..so it's useless to go behind sarkari Naukri beyond a certain period of time (maybe try for 1-2 years of you can afford it and look for some other job if you are not selected)

I totally agree with Thakur ji - corporates are offering peanut salaries after making us work 16 hours per day. Joining a central govt job with less or zero transfers is always a better option than surrenduring and becoming slaves of crony capitalists who pay us peanut salaries and advise us not to do kids so that they can suck our blood by making us work 16 hours per day for peanut salaries.

That's what I felt as well - moreover, there are many central govt jobs with no transfer or with one transfer in every 10 years which is easily manageable. Atleast govt employee has work life balance and he need not work 16 hours per day for peanut salaries like his private counterparts.

Sir,I had already understood your points at a young age of 21. I never wanted to do government job despite my dad working in a big PSU . I was encouraged to go for GATE exam, but I rather chose CAT and IIM route and then even there, I wanted startup or entrepreneurship and not a corporate office job. But that's because my personality is so wired that I simply feel suffocated under bureaucracy. I am not wired to live that way with ease. I get excited by freelancing, entrepreneurship or solo work that can pay off well. Nobody had to explain difficulty of working in PSU to me as I myself felt frightened by the bureaucratic atmosphere and also lack of innovation bores me. The lack of energy feeling led me to pursure other things. But I still see people working fine in old PSUs without this suffocation feeling. So, I think humans are of different caliber and personalities. There are people like me who due to our personalities understand it anyways that PSU type environment isnt good for us. And there are humans whose personalities seem to fit that environment. Maybe we humans arent born all same. It's also possible that my slightly wealthier upbringing made me feel these things more deeply than average from a young age.

I think only RBI is best if you can get, posting only in major cities and state capitals and also with good salary and perks.

Bank job is really really tough for creamy layers like us. After 12 years of hard work, I personally realized that it's not worth it for privileged class. For others it may be okay but for us it's utter difficult. I am in same vein with Guruji.

Govt should bring the soecial VRS scheme for those who have completed at least 10 years of service. The additional incentive should be 12 months basic pay. Those who want to get out would get some funds to start some new activities. This will also generate employment every year. This will also help in right sizing of bureaucracy. Win win situation for both Govt and the employees who r fed up with naukri.

When I used to go to work in Sydney I used four modes of transport everyday. First catch the morning train. Then transfer to the harbour ferry at Circular Quay. Then catch a bus from the ferry dock to the Zoo entrance. From the Zoo entrance take the overhead cable car to the interior of the zoo where I used to work.

Coal India is best example for this video.
Because Many of my friends who cleared GATE exam got Coal India PSU. All are mostly or likely upset because obviously coal mines are situated in jungles and super remote area where no railway or air connectivity with no nearby any medium city with malls, theatre etc to enjoy.
Since its PSU so everybody salary is very high 80k or more but where they spend that money in jungle/ remote area also suppose someone who growing up in tier1 or 2 or may be tier3 city all this initial 25 year's and now get job in super remote area coal mines imagine how terrible it was.
if u look India map mostly coal mines are situated in CG, Odhissa, Jharkhand, West bengal etc means east India side.
Now these states are still not up to the mark as compared to north Indian like Rajasthan, MP, Gujarat etc north Indian have much better lifestyle infrastructure as compare to east.
So if someone from north doing in east side super remote we will more or later definitely going to upset because there is no chance to happy because the local people are below your standards, poor quality of living, poor food, lack of hygiene, lack of education, lights, etc etc.
Now if u have that much salary but what you do with high amount salary in account where u dont find like minded people to explore spend , eat, enjoy etc.

It's better to stay away from your home district and do job in nearby district for your home state rather than doing job 800 km away from home town. Now infrastructure of India is also improved alot. So it's not that much tough to travel within the state.

I totally agree with Thakur ji - corporates are offering peanut salaries after making us work 16 hours per day. That's what I felt as well - moreover, there are many central govt jobs with no transfer or with one transfer in every 10 years which is easily manageable. Atleast govt employee has work life balance and he need not work 16 hours per day for peanut salaries like his private counterparts.

Sir,I had already understood your points at a young age of 21. I never wanted to do government job despite my dad working in a big PSU . I was encouraged to go for GATE exam, but I rather chose CAT and IIM route and then even there, I wanted startup or entrepreneurship and not a corporate office job. But that's because my personality is so wired that I simply feel suffocated under bureaucracy. I am not wired to live that way with ease. I get excited by freelancing, entrepreneurship or solo work that can pay off well. Nobody had to explain difficulty of working in PSU to me as I myself felt frightened by the bureaucratic atmosphere and also lack of innovation bores me. The lack of energy feeling led me to pursure other things.
But I still see people working fine in old PSUs without this suffocation feeling. So, I think humans are of different caliber and personalities. There are people like me who due to our personalities understand it anyways that PSU type environment isnt good for us. And there are humans whose personalities seem to fit that environment. Maybe we humans arent born all same. It's also possible that my slightly wealthier upbringing made me feel these things more deeply than average from a young age.

I don't agree with you , i have done my MBA from top 20 B-school , posted in Mumbai and i hate it here - the chaos , the rush , the high rent and the constant hustle and work pressure and bad wlb is not worth it over working in tier 2 , tier 3 , though i agree some govt jobs are not good but not all pvt sector is all good . atleast in some govt job wlb and security is there . choose wisely

so what from when the population has become basis of jobs and if it is there the tax should also be in proportion to the population.
There will be no sarkari naukri in near future. Even beureaucracy will be gone. Corporate leaders will be the policy makers of the Government. Sarkari naukars will be like labourers - just executing the orders.

Every one has different reason for government job my parents not want me to study cuz i am women they stop paying school fee then i have to clear pet to get government college done engineering my brother pay my college fee then the surrounding of home is toxic i have no choice but prepare for government job i have clear 4 government job yet but couldn't clear my dream job so i am unhappy i think when you have good parents you should not prepare for government job..
After doing engineering, there are so many grammatical mistakes in a 4 line comment. I guess you have studied from some govt school or below avg private school
