Sir, in today's time buying house is not a good decision because nobody can neither fix their job location nor can guarantee their job. Layoffs are very common in corporate sector these days, then how employees can pay home loan. Ultimately it will build mental stress. Living in a rented flat is the best option in today's time of uncertainty where you can shift easily to anywhere where you will get good job opportunities plus if you don't feel comfortable with your neighbours for whatever reasons which is very common these days, you can easily vacate the rented place. So, we should focus on earning money with less stress.

In fact, home loans are the major source of stress for salaried employees which not only impact mental health but also badly impact the relationships and this process continues for 20-25 years at least. The purpose of life is to enjoy every moment with less stress. In my view, a rented flat is a good survival option however if someone is ultra rich they should always buy a house but the point is they already have a house as their parents already know all these things 🙂
@@NitinKumar-ln3ow It is always better to invest in an appreciable asset like real estate (Unfortunately they 1st buy an iphone and then a car, both depreciating assets) and leverage your income, save taxes when youth are high on energy by working hard and get free from home loan by 40 and be ready to face a pretty common mid career crisis around same age with at least a roof over the head or get into depression without any asset for later part of life. None can ever built a fortune without stress, few lacs of savings/investement here and there are useless but by the time youth realise it, they are over 35 and then majority of them have least chances of course correction.
It’s a fault ka Bakchodi in today’s times the things are not stable it’s uncertain like society health policies politics mindset etc so best thing is living on rent is good with buying a house no matter how much day yo live there the fact is when things go bad yo can shift here and should make situation better maybe yo don’t find job but yo can stay there and manage income from starting small business or giving som services like consulting or freelancing etc and buying houses or apartments is making a property mine it😊

The same rule can't be applied to all the people. Yes, those who park their money in FDs should buy a house as early as possible, because your money cannot beat actual inflation. But the person making 18-20% CAGR in the stock market can wait up to 35-40 years of age. The wealth created in the first 15 years will be massive if you have little risk appetite. Home buying at an early age is for those who can't take risks.

Sir, in today's time buying house is not a good decision because nobody can neither fix their job location nor can guarantee their job. Layoffs are very common in corporate sector these days, then how employees can pay home loan. Ultimately it will build mental stress. Living in a rented flat is the best option in today's time of uncertainty where you can shift easily to anywhere where you will get good job opportunities plus if you don't feel comfortable with your neighbours for whatever reasons which is very common these days, you can easily vacate the rented place. So, we should focus on earning money with less stress.

In fact, home loans are the major source of stress for salaried employees which not only impact mental health but also badly impact the relationships and this process continues for 20-25 years at least. The purpose of life is to enjoy every moment with less stress. In my view, a rented flat is a good survival option however if someone is ultra rich they should always buy a house but the point is they already have a house as their parents already know all these things 🙂

None can ever built a fortune without stress, few lacs of savings/investement here and there are useless but by the time youth realise it, they are over 35 and then majority of them have least chances of course correction.
It’s a fault ka Bakchodi in today’s times the things are not stable it’s uncertain like society health policies politics mindset etc so best thing is living on rent is good with buying a house no matter how much day yo live there the fact is when things go bad yo can shift here and should make situation better maybe yo don’t find job but yo can stay there and manage income from starting small business or giving som services like consulting or freelancing etc and buying houses or apartments is making a property mine it😊

Yes, those who park their money in FDs should buy a house as early as possible, because your money cannot beat actual inflation. But the person making 18-20% CAGR in the stock market can wait up to 35-40 years of age. The wealth created in the first 15 years will be massive if you have little risk appetite. Home buying at an early age is for those who can't take risks.
