So you have to make it a half size smaller? For instance I have a 7 do i make the ring at 6.5 or 7.5? So it fits perfectly?
@Liz Garcia - If you have a size 7 ring finger, you will want to make a size 7 ring.

What is the meaning of the '-' (dash) like the 7 and -7.
+Skylightatdusk On the ring sizer shown in the video, the "-" denotes a half size. So -7 is actually 7.5

Why are mandrels cone shaped instead of step look?
Some are stepped and some are cone shaped. It's really a personal preference.
My fingers are even more tiny. My ring finger is 2 1/5 :'D
