If you’ve ever eaten a Vietnamese pork roll before, you’ve eaten liver cause they traditionally contain a liver pate spread on the bread. It’s delicious and adds that umami and salty flavor to the pork roll.

Liver has a lot of good fat which is very filling, and yes vitamins are satisfying. Fish heads are really good, brains and eyes are good for ya, and the meat is some of the best meat. People who toss fish heads are wasting the best stuff, except maybe the liver.
i do like fish brain , its taste like fish heart , (big fish) , and you should try boiling fish half coocked , and try fish boiling head , open the head from the middle just like open the nuts and slurpp the brain
I'll eat fish liver and heart baked for 5 minutes then medium low heat with coconut water or coconut milk with ginger for about another 5 minutes on stove.
