@@krytoz6932 depends on what you’re looking for. Realism, this is great. Reliability, AEG. Gbbr still don’t do great in cold weather. So if you play in the winter, probably not the best bet. I love it at our local indoor field though.

Not so sure about this supercharged performance, I have reason to believe that's the same crusader bolt used since the forging series. But pat on the back to VFC for finally having all steel internals, the steel trigger set would definitely improve the reset feeling, and get rid of that mushy zinc trigger creep.
My first experience with vfc's gbbr guns several years ago was just ok and had some teething issues. It's good to see they have continuously improved their system and i would say that the current batch of vfc gbbrs are probably one of the best out there. hats off to vfc

Are you guys able to do a review on the VFC SR16E3 MOD 2? I keep trying to find something on it, but I only get reviews in different languages, typically Asian languages. It’d be nice to get a decent review talking about it.
We bought this vfc mk18 and it was crap. We returned it.. that valve knocking thing kept getting destroyed, 3 times we had it changed in a few days

I compared with my goto VFC SR16 MOD2 and feels pretty close.. except the balanced weight and trigger is perfect … snaps and click darn good

@@NicName98 I got both, it wouldn’t be fair to pick minor difference but on field BCM is my goto, feels light and balanced .. I say SR16 is 99.5 BCM is 100 that close they are.

I'm about to order once of these but I want to customize it and make it shorter, like a 9inch outer barrel and BCM to simulate my 300blk. I'm not very knowledgeable with VFC or airsoft in general other than GBLS rifles. What company outer barrels would be compatible with this so I can create the length I'm after? Any help would be very much appreciated! Thank you!

I just got this platform and I can not get it to shoot with any reliability. Anyone else having issues.
Same I got mine about a year ago as well. I changed barrel and bucking with no improvement. It really is very inaccurate.

Looks awesome, but for the love of God: IF YOU CHECK THE ACCURACY OF A RIFLE, SET IT IN A VICE. I can’t trust your or whoever’s skills to be consistent enough to actually see the diviation of the rifle.
It's different types of accuracy. There are no vices in military accuracy or marksman ratings for example. Leave god out of it, Bro. Happy Sunday.

yes it is.
No. The rifle used in the movie is a Block-II M4.
Techincally it's a custom BCM-CQB11, which is pretty similar to this build.
This is definitely used in terminal list.
First AR Hemsworth uses in Extraction 1 is a CQB-11 BCM KMR 11" so basically the same, the only difference being the handguard fixation system (Keymod vs. M-LOK but f* Keymod)

I'm looking at getting this and I noticed that it isn't the most powerful in fps so I was wondering if I could use red gas instead to get slightly better performance?
I’m pretty sure you can adjust the gas flow and turn it up to like 490 fps I’m trying to figure that out now myself honestly becusse that will be a make or break for me
ive read that there is a regulating pin in the gun in the nozzle out of the box that you can remove.

@Wayward Airsoft would be using it mostly indoor. And rare occasions outdoor in the summer. Have the SSG24 for cold and everything else

I did so on my VFC 416a5 and it’s a great way to make it more playable in colder weather days.
My TM one in the other hand doesn’t need any other parts for winter usages… just the green gas mod for the mags

Nowadays vfc getting better and better but durability still have problems compare ghk or TokyoMarui. These two are really great when get out the box without any tune or custom.

Not even close to being true. Ghk has garbage qc and material is soft. Vfc’s are just as durable if not more so then ghk’s without the trash qc

@Wayward Airsoft externally, you can just use real steel components for the most part. Internally, you don't need to do much to the new VFCs, other than hopup and barrel. I wonder if they've improved upon the bolt-catch design from their previous models, as that is one area where the 416A5 needed improvement.

Hmm, what I will say, is KWAs are very underrated and they cycle steel like no other, from my experience!

@@cjquispe Where do you live? The KWAs lack in third party support, I'd say that's their biggest downside. I'd say you should go GHK. Great reliability, third party support, and realistic parts & function. From what I've seen, they're also sold world wide.

@@cjquispe if you’re going to go with VFC, this is the one to get, it has all the newest improvements and best internals out of the box, of any of their rifles. They also have real parts compatibility if needed, and have a great deal of third party support. I’d say this is a safe purchase.

I would like this gun.... but I don't like M4 platforms. It's so over used I can't feel much joy seeing them. I respect the M4 platform but it's over done.
Its because the tooling is already there, its extremely accessible and far more established, same with AKs.
If you want a unique gun, it'll almost always be a one-off and would be sold for a lot of money due to R&D, tooling and manufacturing.

Why don't they make them HPA already? No matter how good it is going to be, I ain't throwing 50$ per magazine to have to load them up air after every round and treat them like crystal glasses. Tippman is the way to go if you want to actually use the gun having to think only about your line period.

GHK and TM ok. But a WE i dont get, and i have one that i love, a PDW but it brakes and brakes ....... And my TM works and works :D
VFC GBBRs have gotten mile better in the last couple of years. Upgrade potential aside, they are quite good.

WE GBBRs are cheap asf and break for no reason. GHK is trash post-COVID, awful mags price, shit QC. TM and VFC dominate the AR GBBR market nowadays.

yeah well... I think their HK416A5 is pretty decent. Their newer AR-15. Everything from VFC needs some love but thats pretty common for GBBR I think. Even my beloved Tokyo Marui one needs some love for using green gas

@@frostylia1982 yeah Im owning my TM now since 4 or even 5 years? Sadly my bolt catch wouldnt work properly when Im using green gas so I needed to switch to a G&P buffer which solved my problem. And I needed to upgrade the hop arm to lift heavier BBs but beside that, its very reliable and Im in love with it
