what makes this song special is that it was tribute to band's original drummer jimmy THE REV sullivan who passed away back in 2009 at 28 years of age when band was gaining popularity day by day, he was a lot more than just drummer, he played big role in creative aspect helped a lot in song writing, lyrics, some songs are mostly written by him so yeah they struggled a lot after his death especially because this band formed in high-school, they were friends at first and than decided to create band. they changed drummers a few times after rev's death but since 2015 they have the same drummer. i still suggest to react to the official music video of this song because it's basically memories of them growing up also with less technincal faults and overall better for listening pleasure. also if u love the voice of the singer u are gonna be more surprised because his voice at the time they did this show was arguably at it's worst. most of their songs are a lot heavier than this, they have very few like 4-5 songs that are this soft. for next reactions you can either check out their newest album-Life is but a dream (2023) or check out their earlier stuff. if you want to see them at their peak i would suggest songs like: nightmare (official music video) hail to the king (official music video) bat country (official music video) beast and a harlot (official music video) critical acclaim (live in LBC) scream (official music video) afterlife (official music video) hope u go deep into the discography of this band and become their fans just like i did
