    I've used this drill with my middle school teams regularly for the past few years. Can't guard the guy directly across from you, switched up to 2 guys away. Really reinforces transition and decision making.

    We called this "recoveries" in my little DIII college, back in the early 90's. I have been using it with my middle school team the past 9 seasons. The only variation I've done is having them start off of a shot from me, I'll roll the ball, pass direct to a player, place it on the floor, etc. We also play with no egregious fouls or out of bounds early on, but before the first game I'll make that part of the drill more game like. I will definitely use your variation as well as scottinak's. I like them both.

    I’m 17 trying to coach my job corps team this is my 3rd time coaching I won ymca league 18u at 14 at 16 i was an assistant coach on my aau team while playing thank you for your videos they have helped me keep going god bless🙏🏼
