Oh hey there little bean, watcha doing all the way down here?
I don't know if anyone has suggested this before, but I would definitely be interested in like a 7 (or 10!) year retrospective of all your peachtober entries from the past years. A gorgeous thick book with all your images and thoughts on pieces.. maybe organized by year, or by day (so all the Oct 1's in a row, then Oct 2,etc). It would make a lovely coffee table book. Though, I do know that that sounds like a lot of work, but I think that you have the market for it!
I second this!
I love the peach world-building and lore this year and how you evolve as an artist with the texture and underpainting showing through. You can feel how much fun you were having in these pieces. So clever and so lovely.
The dreaming about yourself dreaming about yourself is chef kiss
I can't believe you don't like how Slingshot came out! 😱 that's gotta be one of my favorites, I wouldn't change a thing about it!
I've loved how this years peachtober has really brought the art community together, it been wonderful scrolling through each days prompts and seeing the wonderful creativity of all of us. I've really enjoyed completing this challenge, the prompts have been so fun and its been a wonderful experience to film this last month to look back on these memories ❤❤❤❤❤
It's been adorable ❤❤❤
My favorite RUclipsr 🫶🏼
The thumbnail 😂
Your new texture technique reminds me of coloring scratch paper with the wooden pencils as a kid, but in such a beautiful way 😍 especially in 'ship' & 'coral' ! 🧡❤️
PLEASE do a video on your super cute outfits! I love your fashion and I want to know where I can buy clothes like yours!
the flower bulbs kill me
Id love to have a art book from u, with thoughts and stories. You as a person is so inspiring , and I really really love your work!♡
Always love the bubbly energy you have.
Great work, lots of hungry caterpillar vibes 🎉
The way you developed the backgrounds this year make each of these painting feel ready for a full-fledged children's book! Somehow, the background makes your characters so much more ready to build their own story!🌃
oh no message is definitely one of my favorites as well!!!!
The way the artist has used different shapes to create this collection is so inspiring.
Nice artblog, you got my subscription
I absolutely love the textures of your pieces this year! the vibrant colors peeking through is gorgeous! My favorite part of doing Peachtober is feeling like I grow so much as an artist in such a short time. I don't just paint the same thing I always do and it really forces my imagination to expand as well as my skills. I also really value the accounts I connect with during Peachtober. Doing illustrations in my little apartment can feel lonely and "meeting" new people makes me feel a little less so. 💛💛💛
You have worked so hard well done they are lovely 💜
I was playing with the idea of making a "I completed Peachtober (year)" patch-like image for each year I've done.
I also tried to give myself the goal of engaging with other artists and commenting on posts this year. So many amazing artists I now know of.
I managed to finish it all on time this year even though I moved house again on the 1st of October.
thanks so much for sharing so much with me
I love the lore behind all of the pieces.
Ahhh yay!! This was the first year in which I was able to complete Peachtober! Loved the prompts and watching you have fun with textures and colour Sha'an! Well done everyone who participated in Artober in any way! 🤩
Gorgeous pieces! Loved seeing your work on my feed, too. Also: give yourself more credit! We're so hard on ourselves. Thank you for sharing your Art with us
My favorites of yours are Dream, Bulb, and Ladybug. The composition for Ladybug is *chefs kiss* and the explanation for Dream is so true!!
YAYYY
This year was really interesting for me. I did way more than usual (13 in total 😮) and it was because I was sick. It was a cool little reminder of one of the benefits of chronic illness. I had a chest infection for 3 weeks so I was too sick to work, but had all this time to just slowly do art and crochet on the couch without the pressure of feeling like I need to be using my time to do paid work. I like that being disabled releases me from some of the societal pressures of productivity. That's not to say that it didn't suck, and that not being able to make money doesn't come with its own issues haha. But I'm glad I got to make pieces for peachtober this year. ❤❤❤ hehehe
There wasnt a piece that i did not thoroughly enjoy!! Your work is so beautiful ✨✨
I love all of them! But funny enough my favorite one is slingshot!!! Loooooved the retro color palette 😅😂
you should use these art to create like a calendar thing where there's art for each month or pages with just the art. full calendars, standing calendars or tiny calendars for desk. or just even a digital calendar for downloads for digital journal or wallpaper
Mid November and still enjoying Peachtober, still viewing #peachtober23. What amazing work from so many wonderful artists. ❤
I just have to let you know- you always had great hair- BUT- your hair in this video is so BEAUTIFUL ❤️🎀✨🦖!
Congratulations to everyone who did peachtober whether you finished or not!!
Sha'an I love love love the dry paint scratchy texture you did throughout your pieces!! It's such an interesting look and it really made your paintings so good! I loved seeing all your artwork this month
💕
The speck comment reminds me of the Kimya Dawson song i used to love. "i am just a speck of dust inside a giants eye"
I love all the bright colors you used!!! 🌈 All of your pieces were so beautiful and inspiring. 🎨🖌️ Thank you for sharing all of them.
thank you so so much for creating this challenge and for creating such an inspiring, encouraging and pleasant environment for artists to create and explore in 🌟 it was the first time I've participated not just in peachtober, but in any challenge of this kind. I learned so much about myself, about my practice, capabilities, limits and how I can pace myself better in terms of creative output. I honestly exceeded my own expectations - I have some health issues and I was so surprised that I was able to create so many illustrations in one month despite that!! I loved seeing everyone's illustrations, it's so interesting how many different ideas and interpretations of the same prompt everyone has 💖 you did an amazing job with both the challenge and the illustrations you've created, you really deserve to be proud of all the hard work you've put into it 🌟 thank you for hosting the challenge, as well as sharing your wonderful art and insightful experiences with us 💖
I love the community Paeachtober has created! Everyone is so nice and supportive
ultra cute and inspirational
Lovely works! Would love the 'message' picture as a phone background. :)
As someone who has been wanting to start their own art business as an illustrator selling prints and illustrating books, what did you do daily or what goals did you have when you first started your business? It’s been difficult for me to find artists who share what they did daily when they first started their own business
I love everything about this! But "message" is my favourite, hands down. Loving how you evolved your art this inktober. You're such an inspiration, thank you for peachtober!
I love what you ended up doing for peachtober (WAIT, first of all, congratulations to anyone who did anything for october!! y'all rockstars!) Is it weird to think of the pieces as free therapy, i feel like my brain got touched in a deeper way, they're not only visually so pleasing , they're also comforting and i love your messages behind them
I love this idea. Such beautiful art.
been watchin you for years and seein the progression of your art - this is such a gorgeous leap towards your own joy and it shines in each piece. the colour schemes are daring - in your world of kids adventures you are grabbin the sticks and stomping forward ^*^ and I’m so so excited to see it !! take care
Loved all these omg so cute ❤
You’re work and the way you talk about your process is always so inspiring!! I really enjoyed doing peachtober this was my third (I think?) year doing it ❤ I always only do the first two weeks of prompts instead of the whole month but that doesn’t take away how much joy I get from participating!!
So glad to see a video from you 🌈
love it
Super video. I love your art style 😊
I'm still working through the Peachtober prompt list although it's already November >_< but still determined to finish all 31 prompts even if I only finish it by next Peachtober lol
I rewatch these videos countless times!! I had such a great time with peachtober this year! some of my favorite pieces of yours this year were cosmos, blue, eye, snooze, and pond, and ladybug
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Cosmos is soooo cute!
I definitely looked for the partner prompts. I actually thought it was citrus and blue!
Congrats to everyone that participated! Congrats to you, Sha'an! I would like to suggest for you next peachtober, maybe you can do a really big piece using that huge roll of red paper you once used for the doodling big art video of yours! HAHA -- I just think it would be great to see maybe just doodles of things on that huge paper as well for all the peachrober prompts. Just something new you can consider! hehehe
I only planned to do 10, but I ended up doing 31 days! I failed to post it on time every day so I had like 7 days of post after October. My followers love them, cause they get content regardless, so it's a win.
your thumbnail 😂 me everyday
Great job this year!👏 beautiful work, I love your color palette🥳🥳 what is the beautiful turquoise you are using? It’s lovely
Amaziiinnggg 🎉❤
Lv Ya! "Ceep" Creating! 🥰
